Ho trascorso delle vacanze indimenticabili nell'incantevole tenuta Ses Poves ad Alcudia.
Goditi un ambiente confortevole, elegantemente decorato e accuratamente curato, che garantisce un soggiorno piacevole.
All'esterno c'è un giardino molto ampio dove si trova una piscina di 8x4m e terrazze molto ampie con tavoli ideali per godersi pasti all'aperto. Per gli amanti del barbecue, la casa dispone di un'eccellente griglia
L'interno dispone di un ampio salone con zona pranzo e zona relax grazie ai suoi comodi divani e una cucina aperta completamente attrezzata, offrendo uno spazio ideale per rilassarsi e godersi momenti speciali con familiari e amici. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, dal wifi ad alta velocità ad elettrodomestici moderni come lavatrice, lavastoviglie e aria condizionata.
La casa offre 3 camere da letto, due di esse con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli, e 2 bagni uno dei quali con vasca. Ideali per un riposo piacevole.
Goditi un'ampio terrazzo coperto, una piscina rinfrescante e un'ampia area erbosa per prendere il sole e giocare, il tutto circondato da alberi che offrono ombra naturale. Nel giardino è possibile preparare e godersi sdraio sotto gli alberi.
La casa è molto ben situata a soli minuti dalla bellissima spiaggia di Alcudia e vicino alla zona turistica con varie opzioni di negozi, supermercati, bar e ristoranti, garantendo un facile accesso a tutti i comfort.

The finca is stunning – a beautiful, spacious, and very well-maintained property. The location left us with mixed feelings. On the plus side, everything (supermarkets, beaches, harbor, town center) is just a 5-minute drive away, which is super convenient. However, as stated, the finca is located on a main road, which you can hear, but we didn’t find it too disturbing.What bothered us more was a hotel about 1 km away that had loud evening shows with music from 8 PM to 11 PM. Inside, it was still fine, but outside it was quite loud.The host is not personally involved – everything is handled via a management company. Communication with them was excellent – they always responded quickly, usually within minutes. Unfortunately, reported issues were not actually resolved.Some small points of criticism:•“Room service” in the description only refers to final cleaning – a bit misleading.•Occasional farm work on the neighboring property caused some dirt in the pool and made it harder to sit outside with babies.•Wi-Fi was poor.Conclusion:A fantastic accommodation that we mostly really enjoyed, but for the price, we would have expected a bit more care regarding small issues and guest requests.

The apartment is simply excellent. It was exceptionally clean (this should be really underlined!) and very well equipped. The welcome pack was also a nice surprise. The views are fantastic, both from the balcony and from the master bedroom. The apartment is close to everywhere (beach, restaurants, shops, bus stop), but still quiet enough to have a good night’s . The lift was a blessing when moving in an out. Parking on premises was difficult at times for larger cars, but with our small rental car we always managed to find a spot (in May).
A quick fix would be to put a mosquito net/mosquitiere in the small bathroom window. This will allow tenants to keep the window open at night, preventing mosquitoes from flying in, limiting the need for airco and also helping address the issues of no ventilation and of the bad drainage smell that was persistent in the morning (which is probably related to the building’s piping, not the apartment itself). But even with this, the apartment fully deserves a top rating.

The dishwasher is not very effective.
We had trouble with the gate one morning, after a heavy nightly rain, with only one side opening. After repeated attemps it finally began operating both sides and and didn't cdause any more trouble.

The photos are somewhat misleading as to location. The villa is as good as sitting on the main road coming into Alcúdia: it sounds on occasion as if the world is driving through the garden. On arriving, you are welcomed by the next door’s hounds, and this will be the echo each time you leave also! So if you are looking for isolation and peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Inside the kitchen is fine, generally the house is in good order, although the mattresses appear old and regardless, are far from comfortable. This being said, in high summer and the pool at hand, the outdoor barbecue area and the beach 6 to 7 minutes away, you can make good here and have fun; perhaps we didn’t look carefully enough at the property specification, but I wouldn’t like another family to arrive to have their travel dreams somewhat dampened on arrival.
