Anna is extremely kind and flexible. The apartment is good for families because the rooms are set apart from each other. There is a beautiful garden view. The location is really central. There are bars and gelato shops nearby as well as a big supermarket.

Anna was there when we arrived, willing to answer all questions, and fully availalble to further questions by text, etc
There was a definite bad smell when we arrived, that we hoped was due to the property having been closed, but alas! it didn't dissipate. The towels also smelt bad. Only ONE burner on the stove stayed on. Refrigerate was VERY NOISY, as was the bed
