Reviewer Comments:
Negatives upon arrival: dirty floors, dirty dishes in cabinet, overall strange smell, smell in master bedroom, worse smell in master bath, live cockroach in kitchen, bath tub in guest bathroom drained slowly. I kept the window open in the bathroom most of the time due to the smell.Positives: Close proximity to the beach, view. This unit still needs maintenance.
