La spiaggia di Kyhls dista 17 km da Simrishamn e 6 km da Skillinge. Per Kåseberga ci sono 12 km mentre per Ystad 30 km. Per arrivare a Copenaghen invece s’impiegano circa 90 minuti.
La casa vacanze si estende su una superficie di 230 m² ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Si trova a soli 150 metri dalla spiaggia, su un ampio appezzamento di 1100 m². Anche se la spiaggia non si vede direttamente dalla casa, si riesce comunque ad assaporarne tutta la tranquillità e a sentire il rumore del mare.
I negozi più vicini si trovano nel villaggio di pescatori di Skillinge: 5 km di distanza per raggiungere la banca e il negozio di alimentari, e 4 km per raggiungere la scuola di equitazione. A Ystad, a soli 25 km di distanza, ci sono tre campi da golf e uno stadio di tennis con campo per badminton e pallamano.
TV satellitare e impianto stereo con lettore CD. Arredi luminosi e piacevoli con pannelli a muro e mobili in stile scandinavo. Lavatrice e asciugatrice, riscaldamento elettrico (in parte a pavimento).

The house is as described. It offers plenty of space for several families. The garden is wonderful for barbecuing, playing games and relaxing. The sauna was full of bugs and spiders, which we couldn't use. The whirlpool was broken, so it only worked with water temperatures over 40 degrees, which was too hot and we didn't use it often. Unfortunately, you couldn't turn it off and the electricity costs were very high. At the end of the week we paid almost 300 euros for electricity. We thought that was a real shame. It is in very good condition and very close to the beautiful sandy beach.

Stayed at Strandpärlan for two weeks with my daughter from Canada and my son from the USA and their families. 6 grandkids aged 8-13 years.
The house is a few hundred meters from a beautiful beach with a stretch only accessible for residents in the peaceful neighborhood. Within short drives you have access to all the amenities that Österlen has to offer. 3 minutes away is a bakery and the grocery store in Borrby had everything you need. They beautifully catered a family get together. The kitchen is greatly equipped for a large family that likes to cook at home.
The house was superbly equipped to keep the kids occupied both outdoors and indoors. The season did not make it tempting to use the sauna but the hot tub was popular.
I had searched long and hard for a good place to introduce my grandkids to Sweden where I grew up and this house and place was perfect for us.

We were there with our four children's families, together 17 people (0 to 60+). The house worked well for so many people and there were lots of toys outside and inside for the kids.
What lowers the rating was that the garbage bins were full when we arrived on Saturday and were not emptied until the following Friday. It was a horrible stench and a lot of flies. Furthermore, there was a charge for electricity, which was not informed at the time of booking. Feels a little greedy. Had blackouts in the kitchen because of an RCD tripped, and the distribution box was in a locked room, we had access to, which led to a lot of trouble and a very late dinner before it could be solved.

Casa molto attrezzata vicino a una bellissima spiaggia con servizi nelle vicinanze. Perfetta per incontri familiari e per intrattenere i bambini con giocattoli e una vasca idromassaggio.
