Il nostro condominio sulla spiaggia recentemente rinnovato si trova su una spiaggia privata a Dennisport con vista sul Nantucket Sound. L'unità dispone di 2 camere da letto, una delle quali è un soppalco, una nuova cucina con elettrodomestici in granito e acciaio inossidabile, 1 bagno e soggiorno. È fantastico per una festa di quattro persone se ti piace essere a pochi passi dalla spiaggia!
LO SPAZIO - Abbiamo creato l'ambiente perfetto per le giornate estive di Cape Cod. Il nostro condominio ha un loft bello e spazioso con un grande schermo t. v. Il piano inferiore è una zona giorno, cucina, bagno e una camera da letto. L'interno vanta un'atmosfera da spiaggia e incoraggia a rilassarsi e rilassare la mentalità.
Se vuoi allontanarti da tutto e guardare Nantucket Sound, tutto ciò che devi fare è uscire dalla porta sul retro e divertirti!

This condo was perfect for us, a family of three. The location was fantastic!! So close to a lovely private beach. We really enjoyed walking to the ice cream shop (R and C's) just a couple blocks away. The condo has beachy colors and decor, which is charming. The owner was accessible if we needed her, felt very supported. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great quiet stay. Check in and out was simple. The private beach was super nice (~200 ft from the back door). End of August weather was quite cool so we did not use the ac at all, we opened the windows and there was a nice breeze. Kitchen well equipped. Two smart TVs make it easy with the kids. The loft was really cute and the bed upstairs was very comfortable, but with little kids that wake up in the middle of the night I was a bit worried with the ladder. Grill at the back was great easy option for quick dinners. Parking right at the front door makes it easy to unload and load.
Overall we had a wonderful week, Claudia was super helpful and responsive.

This property was perfect for my wife and I. The size is perfect for 2 but probably ok if you had a couple friends or older children. We had a wonderful week of warm weather and the main bedroom has an air conditioner. The balance of the property uses fans which were sufficient. Although we used the owner’s suggestions for eating out, the rental is well appointed for cooking/eating in. Private beach was wonderful and friendly owners/renters. Well done Claudia!

The property was easy to access and was adorable! Very clean with all the basics you need. Will definitely come again to explore the rest of the towns that we missed this time around.
