Spacious and modern room (suite). Late checkout was provided free of charge (miss Simran at the reception desk helped us). Overall helpful staff. Breakfast was good enough. Kid's room and playground are separated from the restaurant by glass walls with doors which is great. Nice emplyee Anwa in the restaurant. The pool's view is beautiful. Location is good, good cafe with mexican food in the same building.

Pool on the rooftop lacks shading (in the pictures it looks like its all covered by a sort of a roof, in fact the shading is made of inclined slats , the angle of incline is chosen poorly and never really shades not in the morning not in the afternoon. The water in the pool is too hot (looks like it's heated intentionally and also the sun makes it too hot to swim comfortably). No zone for babies, minimum depth is 110cm.

The elevator didn’t worked at all when we arrived, there was Water flooding from the ceiling and the room wasn’t clean when I got it, The internet wasn’t fast as it mentioned and I didn’t got the free taxi attraction from airport to the hotel.

The room was good and staff was well mannered.Rohit the cleaner was a nice person and always available for help.

Location,services, comfort, I would like to appreciate the efforts put by the staff to put all services back during the rain storm.

Nothing serious, but if i want to be picky, the carpet was a bit smelly, some spots on the curtains and carpet also, but in general, everything thing is very good.

Mıllenıum Art Bussines Otel konum olarak çok rahat ve merkezi bir yer. Gürültüsüz ve geniş odalar konforunuzu sağlıyor. Personel her konuda çok yardım sever ve güleryüzlü, tekrar Dubaiye gider isem bu otelde konaklaya bilirim. Otel müsait olduğu için erken giriş imkanını sağladılar. Sorunsuz ve keyifli bir seyhat oldu.

Çok komik gelebilir ama banyoda diş fırcamı koyacak yer yoktu. Sabunuda lavabonun kenarına koymak zorunda kaldım.

the hotel was very beautiful and the room was nice. it was SUPER spacious which we loved, and had a great view. we loved the apartment style and the fact that we had a full kitchen. the room was also very clean and mostly felt very new.

the quality of the amenities weren't what we expected. the towels were very thin and cheap, and some had preexisting stains. the master shower had two heads; the rain shower and the handheld. i don't usually use the rain shower, but the handheld showerhead emitted reddish brown water. i let it run and it went away, but i didn't use that shower head the whole time due to concerns of dirty or rusty water. it was a bit inconvenient since i don't usually use the rain shower head since i don't get my hair wet. my friend also reported stains on her sheets in the second bedroom. the breakfast area was also chaotic: lots of children and an apparent lack of staff caused it to have a crazy and stressful atmosphere. the breakfast selection also left something to be desired. overall i would say the hotel was 4 star quality, not 5 stars. still enjoyable and definitely good value for the money.
