10 minutes walk from Hakata station. Comfortable room! has laundry, separated bathroom, loft bed space room. High ceiling floor relaxed me,too.

bed cover was not washed and has smell of sweat! But preparing new bed cover in loft space. change the cover and turned into best luxury room.

Central location, new facility, good room size, responsive staff.

Dusty, very loud time to time, no power outlets on the loft.

Look just like the photos. Enough space to use. Provide umbrellas for free. The whole bathroom is clean and full new equipment. The location is alright. If you like to walk a little bit in the morning, it’s possible to walk from the bnb to Hakata station. (circa 15mins) 24 hrs supermarket just a block away and convenient stores all around the bnb.

For people like us staying for more than one night (to us:4 nights), it’s a little bit uncomfortable that they won’t change the towels during your staying, also only provide just one big towel for each person. Maybe can provide more than one towel for each person will be better. The loft sleeping space is not exactly very clean, I found used-dried eye lenses up there. No indoor slippers.

Clean, good size, and with everything necessary.

Check-in is not at the same location. No cleaning service. More expensive than other similar places, maybe because Golden Week.
