Location and space were great
Bathrooms not as clean as they should be. The radiators that also serve as towel rails were very dirty.

When we arrived there was a pint of milk in the fridge, teabags and sugar in the kitchen.
The view is fabulous. Ventnor is a great town, full of great restaurants. A bit traditional, a bit boho.
The heating failed to come on. When i called the agent, she had an engineer there in 25 mins - maintenance issues happen at beginning of season, you couldnt ask fir a quicker response.

Location 100%
Property needs a good deep clean. Grubby around the edges.
A couple of lamps didn't work. Remote control on longe tv only works intermittently.

Location and views and it was a nice size and comfortable
Property was not clean with dirty glass doors complete with hand prints, dirty freezer with old food crumbs inside the drawers, radiators in some rooms were dirty, Shower in the top bathroom didn’t work and basin was dirty. Despite contacting the owner by phone and also email they did not respond or resolve the problems. We were therefore all having to use the one walk in shower in the ground floor bathroom. Very disappointing and this did impact our holiday.
