Beautiful view, 18 acres, pool, gameroom, Axis deer, 3 miles to the river trail!
Ciao, Siamo situati su una collina nel bellissimo Texas Hill Country nella città di Kerrville! Vicino alla città, eppure ancora nel paese. Circa 22 minuti da Fredericksburg!Un luogo per rilassarsi, godersi il fiume Guadalupe nelle vicinanze, la natura / lungofiume di Kerrville, e diversi musei nelle vicinanze, inoltre, il centro naturalistico, le cantine Hill Country, il festival annuale Arts and Crafts e festival musicali, nonché la vicina caccia, pesca, mountain bike, equitazione e canoa, kayak, noleggio di tubi sono nella zona. A meno di un'ora di auto da San Antonio, siamo vicini a Fredericksburg, Boerne e Bandera (Cowboy Capital of the World). Il nostro BED & BREAKFAST ha una bella vista collinare. Offriamo due affitti di stanze SEPARATE che condividono un angolo cottura, una sala da pranzo e un'area soggiorno con camino, HDTV a schermo piatto diretto da 60 ", Play Station e audio surround! Anche una sala giochi separata con tavolo da biliardo, attrezzature sportive, altri giochi TV e DVD.! Abbiamo anche una piscina, una vasca idromassaggio esterna, doccia esterna, pozzo del fuoco, aree barbecue disponibili. Internet Wifi disponibile. La nostra "camera verde" contiene un letto matrimoniale, TV, salotto, mezza vasca privata e bagno con doccia condivisa. La nostra 'Sala di bronzo' contiene un letto matrimoniale, un bagno privato con doccia condivisa, balcone con vista, TV e area salotto. Si trovano al piano superiore con due scale una dentro e una all'esterno! Offriamo una colazione leggera grabb & go e Free Southern Hospitality !!!

This stay is the perfect getaway that feels remote hillcountry, but close enough for us city folks to visit downtown and make HEB grocery runs for that 1 item we forgot, cooking oil lol. Les and Lisa had the essentials covered from bed to bath to kitchen and more. We did encounter the wild as it is the hillcountry from deer to creepy crawlies, so best to pack the off and citronella candles! We had a late night bon fire and smore roast, just beautiful. FYI the bedroom window is the perfect place to catch sunsets at! We picked this place for the river and it didn't disappoint. We hung out at Louis Hays Park, 10 min away from the rental. Bring your canopy and pop up chairs/table for some shade right on the river. The pool worked out as we rotated taking showers and making dinner. The game room had plenty to keep us busy including a massage chair. Two recommendations for the rental improvement is to have the game room entry door leveled so it can lock properly at night and do a outter perimter bug/mosquito spray before renters arrive, although the heavy rain on our first day most likely was the factor for our bug encounters. 🪲 Overall we'd stay here again! Even our pup was happy sniffing around the gated area and splashing in the Guadalupe! Oh and one more note Google will take you through a "short cut' way to tje rental, dont do it! Lol I posted the path pic in this review, follow the red path. Thank you again Les & Lisa!

We're going to be back and next time we hope it's warmer so we can swim! Everything was great and the landscape was beautiful! The only 2 things I'd request is 1 a new mattress for sofa bed and 2 maybe a fruit bowl to go with the granola bars and instant oatmeal 😋
