We felt very comfortable. The landlord was very open and cordial. What we liked most was the view of the sea, the well-kept garden and the peaceful place.

The hosts, the location, the sea view, the pool area are all great! We stayed for 3 nights and wish we had stayed longer!

The cottage is cozy and clean. Amazing scenery (also from the bed). Good location, Prazeres is definitely worth going. Friendly hosts.

Everything about this accomodation has been exceptional: an uncomplicated arrival and key delivery, a beautiful and stunning view onto the sea, a wonderful and very clean apartment and a custom check-out time. As a bonus there were some very cute and cuddly cats on the property, which we enjoyed very much. Finally, I want to emphasize the most exceptional about this accomadation: the owner Silvério. He is a heartwarming and friendly guy and you can really see the hard work and commitment he put into everything. It does make a big difference. If there is another vacation on Madeira, we will absolutely stay at Quinta Inacia again!

We absolutely loved the attention to detail in the cottage, everything had been thought of, from small home comforts to kitchen equipment. The views were amazing both from the pool and the cottage. We were looked after from the point of arrival up until we departed. The owner could not have been any more helpful, arranging taxi’s, providing bbq equipment, recommending restaurants as well as going above and beyond to take us to Funchal to hire a car. We had a fabulous time and would recommend to anyone that wants a tranquil break with exceptional views, the sunset was to die for

There was nothing we didn’t like about this place. The only thing I would say is to research the area as it quite remote so a car is needed to explore or even getting to the beach. It says it is in Calheta, however it’s 7km away and most places when you put them into maps shows at least an hours walk. We loved this but just something to be aware of if you’re seeking a variety of restaurants etc

No complaints, but a few extra touches would have been nice. For example providing a coffee capsule or two for the room, or providing shampoo (only shower wash was provided).

I enjoyed an amazing time at the accommodation. If you look for relaxing, it is the perfect place to spend the time.

I stayed at Quinta Inacia for three nights. It’s a really cool set up, owned and managed by a really nice couple of guys. The inside space is very stylish, with a few nice touches. The bed was ridiculously comfortable. The kind of bed designed for long, lazy days! And they have a proper coffee machine which is always a bonus for me! The local supermarket sells capsules for it. The weather wasn’t great during my visit, so it wasn’t the best time to be enjoying the pool are and outdoor space, but it looks lovely. I’d really like to come back some time. And its location in Prazeres is ideal for exploring Paul do Mar and Jardim do Mar, both accessible by (steep) footpaths, which were unfortunately far too slippery to negotiate in the inclement weather. I had to make do with driving instead. I liked Prazeres. It’s a fairly unassuming village, but there’s a bunch of nice, untouristy restaurants, coffee shops and bars within 15-20 mins walk. I’d recommend it as a solid place to spend a few days.

Super comfortable place with great sea view. The studio had everything we needed for a short stay, including a barbecue and a very confy bed, and everything was very well maintained.

We stayed during a particularly cold period of the year and the place can get a bit cold during the night, so pack some warm clothes, as we could not find heaters in the studio. A coffee machine would have also been great - although instant coffee was available.
