peaceful and quiet, easy to spot - the house was along the road.
chimney place was cosy.
no wifi, bbq was hard to use, wooden floor was squeeky, window nets and sofa were all dirty.

Great location, close to the beach.
One of the doors was always accessible from the outside even when locked. BBQ igniter didn’t work & had to be lit directly from the gas burners.

Wrap around balcony is epic. The sunsets are unbeatable. Kitchen was well kept. Beds super comfortable. House stayed really cool during our 35 degree week stay with no aircon used. Loved the outdoor shower downstairs!
The flooring is super noisy, there are quite a few nails sticking out of the floor in several different parts of the house.
The beach that is walking distance is a dog beach and not the nicest in terms of wind protection & seaweed build up. But there is a gorgeous beach 5 min drive away, just not quite walking distance.

Location and Apartment
Every room should have better view. The neighbor at the back had suspiciously trashed yard.

Nice ocean views
Very windy and noisy house, Shook with the wind. Very tired, needs a good revamp. Facilities in the kitchen a bit grotty and old. Bare minimum pantry, not even oil for cooking. For the price, I think linen should be supplied like most other places. Couches not very comfortable and old. I don’t think it’s good value for money unfortunately.

Location was exceptional with divine views
The tile fire needs replacing or repairing.
The air conditioner wouldn’t work so either needs new batteries or a general service

Great location and had everything you need for a holiday by the beach. Very spacious and comfortably fits 8 people.
Walking distance to great beaches and coffee!

Loved the location. Beautiful walks all around from bush to coast. Heaps of room to relax and what a view from the balcony! We could whale watch from the living area. Great amenities with the washing machine, dryer etc.
Not providing a bar of soap in the showers. Having to stock your own fire wood for your first fire. The fire chews through the wood. Quite noisy acoustics for sharing with others at night. Maybe door socks to help block noise?
