Location
Room is very small and breakfast is not good, it says that it includes a really good breakfast but that one they charge for it the included one is very very basic

The location and cleaning
The buffet is very expensive and the options are limited. You are charging the buffet as Camino Real in Polanco- the only thing is that the buffet in Polanco is extensive with innumerable options to eat. Yours is expensive and very very limited.
Also the check in or out is very slow-
No shuttle to the airport

Love the coffee, but breakfast hours are too early and short.
The shower head in the bathroom was the worst experience, because it didn't had the sufficient pressure. Also, in short times it lows more the pressure, and it is impossible to bathe, without being close to the wall.
