Eastham home near the water & bike path; large screened in porch - Pet Friendly

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Phil and Cheryl were fantastic hosts, everything was set up very well and we had all the information and tips we needed. It is a lovely and private location with all the amenities you need and all the fun stuff and amazing restaurants in East, Orleans and Wellfleet only a few mins away. Highly recommended!!

A wonderful stay at a wonderful cottage!Communication with the owners was timely and clear. The cottage was roomy providing both privacy and inviting communal space. The screened in porch was a real hit. The property is well situated. You feel like you’re in the country, wooded and quiet, but has easy access to beaches, shopping and restaurants. We had a memorable and relaxed stay.

Just returned home from a great family trip and stayed at Phil and Cheryl’s great home in Eastham. We were not disappointed! Both Cheryl and Phil were responsive with any questions we had prior to our trip, check in was a breeze and the house was super clean and well stocked upon arrival. We had eight adults and one very happy white lab! There was plenty of room for all of us and we all enjoyed our meals and late afternoon card games and reading on the large screened in porch. The pictures are spot on .. there was plenty of seating for us all and the kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, glasses, cups and lots of pots and pans for cooking. Phil and Cheryl had lots of spices, oil and vinegar, garbage bags, paper towels and laundry detergent! Having the washer and dryer was a godsend! We were close to both the National Seashore and the Bay and took advantage of both! We all had a great time!!
