Lake Simcoe Luxury waterfront Retreat near Friday Harbour! Hot Tub!
Bella vista lago da tutte le finestre. Waater sabbioso raro poco profondo. Niente erbacce Ottimo per le famiglie. Lago Simcoe, lotto di livello. senza scale per l'acqua. Big Bay Point, a 45 minuti da GTA vicino a Friday Harbor. Spazioso splendidamente decorato recentemente rinnovato. 3 + 1 ampie camere da letto con bagno privato. Nuova cucina con bancone al quarzo bianco, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, Peninsula Peninsula affacciata sulla sala da pranzo e uscita sul grande ponte con vasca idromassaggio integrata. Ampia camera familiare sul piano principale con uscita sul ponte, soffitti a volta della cattedrale al 2 ° piano con finestre dal pavimento al soffitto. Secondo piano grande sala grande 20 x 30 con galleria di seduta allegata. Ottime camere di intrattenimento. Grande matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale e den attaccato con divano letto. 8 posti letto a 10 persone. Dock con grande concia o piattaforma di intrattenimento, barbecue, pozzo del fuoco, internet, via cavo. Pedalò, 2 kayak. Completamente equipaggiato. Vicino a tutti i servizi, il golf. Cucciolo amichevole. Molto spazio. Per soggiorni più lunghi, il servizio di pulizia è disponibile su richiesta a un costo aggiuntivo. Vicino a tutti i servizi. Campi da golf nelle vicinanze. Vasca idromassaggio per tutto l'anno!
FUGA INVERNALE PERFETTA. MIGLIOR PESCA DEL GHIACCIO. Vicino a Snow Valley e le stazioni sciistiche Horseshoe Valley. terreno pianeggiante all'acqua. Neve mobile, sci di fondo, escursioni. Pesca sul ghiaccio. O semplicemente venire per allontanarsi dallo stress della città e rilassarsi per il fine settimana nella nuova vasca idromassaggio per essere installato appena in tempo per l'inverno. Sedetevi e rilassatevi nella vasca idromassaggio mentre godendo una vista incredibile.

What a peaceful late winter getaway with all of the amenities

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was beautiful - such a fresh, beachy, light filled space. So many lovely details. We needed to decompress after Christmas so stayed for 3 nights. When I booked several months ago I thought it was best to pick a winter location not too far from Toronto, so if the weather was challenging it would be an easy drive. It was the right call. Being right on the lake in the winter was stunning. The hot tub was glorious - we could have been in the Arctic! The living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were exceptional. The host was very accommodating, especially with all my many questions. I was especially thankful that we didn't have to lug sheets, blankets or pillows. All was provided which was a huge bonus. No complaints. Thank you Natalie for an amazing stay!

This was a wonderful property for us to spend a few days at over New Years with our teen daughters and a few of their friends. The owners were incredibly responsive and the property manager was at the house within about 5 min of asking a question about the hot tub. The house is very clean, very well stocked and the check in and check out process were very easy. The hot tub was lovely and a highlight of our stay. Especially as the snow was dumping down! (We got about a foot of snow while we were there. There was snow removal daily and the house was plenty warm!) The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. (Cookware, tableware, spices, cleaning products.) It is a great location- it looks and feel like you are way up in cottage country- but you are 20 min from Barrie which has all you could need for errands and entertainment - and it is a quick drive up from the city. Highly recommend booking this property and we look forward to coming back in 2027! Thank you!

The house was clean but few minor issues. We had booked the place for 6 adults and 4 kids once we got there there was a bunk bed in downstairs bedroom, king size upstairs and 2 twin size beds upstairs, and a single bed. Two adults ended up sleeping on the floor (next time I would bring air mattress) the washroom downstairs was not cleaned properly.
Other than that honestly no issues.
One last thing the check out was at 12:00 we rushed to clear the house around 9:30 -10 so we could enjoy the last hour. To our surprise the pool guy shows up making it so awkward for us to be there. I have stayed at different cottages and I have never experienced this. So if you are booking be prepare to have some guy walk in on you to clean the jaccouze 1 hour before your check out time. Other than that if they would have us we would love to come back 👍
