La Cleco Coral Bay Villa è una lussuosa villa indipendente con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni, situata a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Coral Bay e dalla spiaggia sabbiosa. La posizione della villa è molto comoda in quanto non richiede una macchina e si trova a pochi passi da supermercati e una vasta selezione di ristoranti, tra cui alcuni dei migliori ristoranti cinesi, italiani, Tex-Mex e ciprioti a Paphos. Ogni pensiero è stato fatto per rendere questa villa una sistemazione di lusso attraente e accogliente per un massimo di 6 persone in un comfort eccezionale. La villa è molto ben arredata e attrezzata e include Wi Fi ad alta velocità, canali TV UK e SKY e arredi di lusso in tutto.
Il piano terra offre un ampio salone e sala da pranzo con cucina moderna completamente attrezzata che comprende tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, un guardaroba per ospiti al piano terra, due camere da letto al piano terra, una doppia e una doppia, entrambe con bagno en-suite di dimensioni complete, e aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto. Il primo piano offre la camera matrimoniale principale che offre anche l'aria condizionata, ventilatori a soffitto e armadi a muro, e un bagno privato di dimensioni complete. Questa camera da letto offre l'accesso a due balconi privati che offrono splendide viste sul mare. Have stayed in this villa before. Great space and great location.
Cleanliness of villa could be better. Needed a proper clean. Cupboards smelt of damp in kitchen which made all utensils smell.
Needs A/C in downstairs living area as it gets so hot normal fans don’t really work.

We had a 2 week holiday in August with our daughter, son in law and 2 granddaughters. Before we went I had contact with Chris in the Paphos office who was very helpful and sorted out some concerns that I had. The villa is in an excellent position but is a bit tired could do with a bit of up dating and some general maintenance inside the villa. It definitely needs air conditioning in the Lounge/kitchen as it’s so hot in there even with all doors shut and blinds down. The outside was amazing excellent size pool with a lot of space to spread out. A 10 minute walk from the restaurants etc and 10 minute walk from the big supermarket.

We loved the villa and its location. This is our third time to Coral Bay and we will most definitely be returning again. The bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms great. The villa is very well equipped and a 5 minute walk to the strip.
The one thing that slightly let the villa down was that there was no air conditioning in the living room / kitchen. I did ask the management company for a fan to circulate the air, we were told to open the windows and doors as the wind blows through, great idea if you dont have young children with you but unfortunately after saying they’d try to get one on day 3 and drop it around on check out day we were told they couldn’t get hold of one, alittle bit poor. Checkout is also set at 11am, and they should be turning up at 10am cleaning the pool and asking when you are leaving. This is abit of a let down and an experience we haven’t had before.
But still a fantastic holiday was had

We found the property to be very nice but the outside area was not as clean as other villas we have used. Lots of dead insects on patio and the balconies. The pool had several insects on the bottom and top as it did not have a cover it had to be cleaned twice a day, we found a dead snake and a very large spider. Despite the weather being lovely the pool remained cold over two weeks it was difficult hearing next door enjoying their heated pool. The outside sofa and table need replacing in fact Paul took away the table for safety reasons and it was not replaced. The cushions are faded and do not belong to the sofa. The pots and cooking trays were unusable and should be replaced. The location was fine but taxi drivers, our hairdresser(we had our sons wedding) could not find it even with sat nav. We would not recommend the property as we visited friends nearby and their villa was much nicer and £200 per month cheaper.
