Vi diamo il benvenuto a Windsor Hills una bella comunità gated situato a pochi minuti di distanza dalle attrazioni di Orlando ea breve distanza dalla spiaggia. La clubhouse Windsor Hills Resort dispone di una grande piscina in stile laguna completo di scivoli d'acqua e idromassaggio, un parco giochi per bambini, centro fitness, beach volley, basket e campi da tennis, una mossa del teatro 40 posti e sala giochi. Grazie per considerare questa bella cittadina che dispone di 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni. La configurazione della camera da letto è composta da 1 letto king size, 1 letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli e un divano letto; dormire fino a 8 persone. qui c'è la piscina per bambini orientata ad est che permette molto sole e un ottimo posto per rinfrescarsi dopo una lunga giornata nei parchi. Perfect home-base used for our family of three to visit the 3 Universal Parks. We thought the 11 year-old would enjoy the large pool and waterslides; however, the townhouse splash pool was the real star of the week. Happy I sprung for the pool heat even on 90 degree days it was comforting to not freeze upon entry. Personnel stopped by each morning to service the pool. Large Walmart and ample shopping nearby to fill the fridge with favorites and keep our family on budget. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary kitchenware. Attractive neutral decor and comfortable furniture. The Marvel room is super attractive for kids, even though we didn’t need to use it. Here are a few recommendations to further improve this rental property.An air fryer would be a great low cost addition to the kitchen. The toaster needs to be replaced. Only 2 of the 4 slices are operational. Most of the facets drip even when completely turned off. Some towels and linens need to be refreshed due to stains. The townhouse is due for a deep cleaning. We found previous guest’s dirty clothes under the couch cushion.

The house was great! My grandson was in the pool every day! Our name wasn’t on the list for check in so we had to wait about 20 minutes for them to sort it out at the security gate. We had an issue with the garbage disposal but couldn’t reach the property management on the weekend. Overall happy with our stay.

The townhouse was perfect and the area was beautiful very clesn we didn't wsnt to leave we will be back next year.

First let me start by saying communication with the property manager was amazing. They always got to me right away and answered all my questions. Pros: location. Sooooo close to Disney, Walmart down the street, the private heated pool, the space itself, the amenities of the property like the swimming pool and playgrounds were great. Cons: pots and pans are warped on the bottom made it hard to cook, when it rains the track where the sliding door is fills up with water including inside the house part, didn’t seem as clean as it could have been for example some brown splotches on the bathroom tile and the high chair seat cover sooooo dirty, and lastly we found some surprises in our beds which is the main reason for 3 stars. If those issues were not there then we would definitely stay here again but unfortunately this will be our one and only time.
