A lovely little house just a quick walk from the tram line and a short walk into the city centre. Lovely old feeling house.
The bathroom and toilet are a bit cramped the the pipe style tap was a bit too much of 'style over function' but everything felt clean!

Location, secure parking, comfortable bed and sofa. Easy access and good contact with owner. The instructions were clear on arrival.
Poor plumbing, intermittent shower and sink in toilet didn't work.Overall a little tired.

Character of the house.
The quiet residential area.
Short walk to town centre and shops.
Upstairs bed very comfortable.
Ample towels and kitchenware.
The stairs to loft bedroom did not have a handrail.
Host provided limited toilet paper rolls.
House is more suitable to a single person or couple- sofa bed uncomfortable despite additional mattress toppers.

Host was friendly and gave all the important information. House was nice and with character (I mean it an old house, so it is normal to expect squeaky floors and so on). Quite near to old town, in a quiet hood.
Stair was quite steep. Bathroom and toilet were downstairs and bedroom upstairs (was a bit annoying because of a steep stair). Outside area was quite small.
