very good location. Old town is on the corner. Funny and innovative cooling system- per floor. Just it a little bit slow.

Perfect location to explore beautiful Matera and the Sassi. Comfortable, clean accommodation. Both bedrooms had modern en suites. Gino kindly made excellent recommendations for a couple of places to eat and drink.

very centrally located simple basic apartment. nothing to complain
just a little sofa to watch tv which means one could comfortably seat on a sofa the other on a hard chair to watch tv

There was no brakfest in the object - owner has fobiden to do the brekfest inside the room!

The location is very well located - just a few minutes walk to the main plaza and an easy walk to the trsin station (10 - 15 minutes). The apartment is very plain but spacious, comfortable, super clean... The hosts are very nice and accommodating. It's nice to have a 1pm checkin.
The online checkin is problematic. And to pay the tourist tax, they ask you to open an account with a third party. But we had problems and (good news), the host allowed us to send our checkin information and to pay the tax in cash.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment next to the castle. Nice patio right outside the apartment. Owner almost bothering with helpfulness. Parking next to the apartment, entering and exiting without problem when driving a Fiat Panda.
Complicated registration procedure. Like an inverted 'Escape the Room' game. But working smoothly once successfully completed.

The place was comfortable with everything we needed including a washing machine and kitchen. The location was perfect being in the centre and close to the Sassi.

Nice, convenient, fully equipped apartment. Ideal location, all Matera sightseeings at walking distance. Parking available at a reasonal price. Owner very helpful and willing to answer all questions.

Great location and private parking was excellent.

The apartment is centrally located and very quiet. It even has a parking space which you can book in addition. The flat is well equipped and we especially liked the underfloor heating which makes a stay in December possible and really comfortable.
The parking can be quite tricky with a large car but the description by video helps a lot.

Perfect location.
Very spacious, all amenities needed.
Allow at least half an hour to do your own check in via the app.
Garage was to small for our car, however the owner allowed us to park beside the appartment

The location, the garage
The apartment is a bit dark, the electronic key app did not open the door promptly, especially we have problem with down stairs gate, because there was not the possibility to enter the code manually.

I really enjoyed the self check in and the location is great for who has a car in mattera. Even though is a bit noisy around the windows really protect the sound. the room is super spacious and confortable
the apartment was clean but not suuuper clean, the venting areas were a bit dirty and the floor could be a bit cleaner. The room is super confortable and the AC was strong at the leaving room but not at the room, there was no AC so one place was very cold and the other very warm
