E' un ambiente ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una piacevole vacanza in famiglia o con gli amici, godendo del sole greco sulle splendide terrazze della villa.

We spent one week and had the most wonderful time at Joanna’s villa. We swam in the pool everyday (so clean and perfect for hot days) - the garden area was beautiful with the olive trees and the oleander blooming. We had a mid week cleaning included with what we paid, which was very thorough and included refreshing all the towels, cleaning the floor, etc. Joanna thought of everything - she was quick and thorough in her communication. The kitchen was one of the best stocked air b and b’s I have ever stayed in, with plenty of stuff to cook with, dish towels, a drip coffee maker, etc. There were hooks all over which was just nice attention to detail (places to hang all the towels with 5 kids!), a rack to dry your laundry, an outdoor shower, clothespins and some laundry pods. A rental car is helpful, as the closest beach that you can walk to is small. All in all, one of the best air b and b’s we have ever stayed in! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and dining. The outdoor area was a real highlight — a perfect sun trap around the pool with plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying alfresco meals.
The bathrooms were clean with excellent water pressure, and the whole place had a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Joanna was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
Overall, a beautiful and well-kept villa that we’d happily return to and highly recommend.

What a fantastic time we all had at Villa Joanna (4 adults and 3 children). The villa was exactly as advertised, very tidy, extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed for 11 nights and the villa was cleaned twice by Gala, ( a lovely lady) who cleaned everything inside and out.. All loved the swimming pools especially the children (pool cleaned twice)
We did not have a car but we all managed to walk into Roda every day ( walking kept us fit) to enjoy the beach,restaurants and entertainment. We also went horse riding and had a fantastic time at the Aqualand Water Park.
Would definitely recommend Villa Joanna!

This is not a 5 star luxury villa, it is a basic 3 star Greek holiday home. We arrived during a thunderstorm and the rain was leaking into the villa through the ceiling. The heavy rain also pushed the sewage up leaving a strong stench in the master bedroom which did not go away for 2-3 days. The leak in the ceiling must also have been responsible for an overall damp feeling throughout the entire villa.
We have rented 5 star villas in Greece and even Corfu before. This was lacking a lot of things. We spend almost 50 Euros during our first shopping to buy just the daily basics like salt and pepper, olive oil, washing up liquid, washing machine tablets, sponges, etc.
The entire house felt like it has been redecorated about 5 years ago but not much has been done since. Some paint was flaking of the walls (small cracks, nothing huge) and cobwebs in some corners of the house. The house was just about in acceptable condition but nowhere near luxury.
The outside is only usable around the pool on the paved area, the rest of the garden is overgrown and you can't even kick a ball around as the grass and bushes are too high.
The landlord was available at request but we did not feel our concerns were addressed so we agreed with the booking agency to change houses after a few days.
As I said, the house is of basic standard, nowhere near luxury and we have seen much much better for same price tags in Corfu.
