The apartment was in a terrible state of disrepair. Handles were falling off cupboard doors, the shower didn't work as the tap leaked, the aircon leaked and there was a massive hole stuffed with damp toilet paper in the bathroom door. Sheets and towels were stained and frayed. They looked like rags. The bathrooms were overall very dirty. The shower door in the bathrooms also don't close so water gets everywhere. The kitchen utensils were very old. They also only gave us 2 mugs that were chipped ( booking was for 6pax) The gas tank is also next to the stove which is unsafe. One of the legs of the chairs was also not securely attached and we nearly fell when sitting. The images they post did not match our apartment at all.

Close to Bandar Kota Kinabalu and Airport KK

Workers at the security guard with parking attendants are not customer friendly and do not respect customers. And the main entrance bar is slow to open while the workers there are already there. Very disappointing .. Male workers

Location was good in the city centre close to malls and bars, spacious apartment with 3 rooms, 2 toilets/bathroom, wifi, easy to communicate with the host

the furniture is a bit dated Not the fault of the owner, but there was water supply disruption in the building
