La posizione - Bullecourt Street si trova una strada di ritorno dalla famosa spiaggia di Shoal Bay e tra i caffè, i ristoranti e le boutique di Shoal Bay. Inoltre a soli cinque minuti di macchina da Nelson Bay.
L'appartamento - Questo attico al quinto piano dispone di ascensore e offre viste panoramiche sulle teste dal balcone. C'è un piano aperto, aria condizionata canalizzata con TV a schermo piatto, Foxtel, Netflix e Playstation4, una zona pranzo e una cucina completamente attrezzata con piano cottura, forno, microonde, macchina da caffè Nespresso e lavastoviglie. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e accesso al balcone. La seconda camera ha due re singoli. C'è un bagno con una grande doccia, oltre a un parcheggio coperto custodito per una macchina e lavanderia interna.
Ci sono sicuramente allarmi fumo in questa propriet��������.

Unit was well presented and in a great location - perfect for a few nights away to enjoy the outdoors and time with family. Wil go again.

The location of the apartment was great being a block back from the lovely shoal bay beach strip and in the centre of town. The view was also fantastic from the clean modern apartment and the kitchen had everything we needed.
A couple of things that did detract from the stay was that it is advertised as having a king bed in the main bedroom and king singles in the 2nd, neither of which was true.
The door to the 2nd bedroom was broken almost coming off the hinges and a number of lights did not work so the maintenance of the apartment was disappointing. And whilst there is a door from the main bedroom to the balcony for access, a large TV is blocking that access so not quite as advertised.
Our family of 4 had a great few days though with perfect weather and a stress free stay. For the price and description though more was expected of the apartment.

Unfortunately, this top floor apartments has had major water leaks, floor boards in the main room have water damage and are coming up off the floor. Owners have tries to mask it with floor mats, but it’s very obvious and needs repair. Wouldn’t stay there again due to this problem
