Casuarinas Waterfront Apartment in Soldiers Point
La posizione: questo tranquillo rifugio si trova proprio sulla battigia di Soldiers Point, a pochi passi di distanza (300 m) da ristoranti, caffetterie e campo da tennis. Fai una passeggiata, fai una fila, goditi una nuotata, crogiolati albe del mattino e goditi il picnic pubblico e le attrezzature per barbecue lungo la battigia. La rampa della barca di Soldiers Point si trova a 250 metri di distanza, anche un ottimo posto per pescare, vedere i pellicani che si nutrono di avanzi di pesce e godersi tramonti mozzafiato. I negozi di Wanda Beach distano solo 2,5 km e offrono negozi di paese, take away, panetteria, macelleria ecc. Nelson Bay CBD dista 10 km.
L'appartamento - Entra in una zona soggiorno ariosa a pianta aperta con confortevole suite lounge, TV LCD da 42 ", DVD, angolo pranzo per sei. Una cucina moderna e ben attrezzata con forno a microonde, frigorifero e angolo cottura completo con sgabelli da bar in un bar per la colazione. Un balcone frontale con impostazione esterna di fronte al lungomare con nient'altro che oceano, alberi e promontori a interferire. Siediti, rilassati e goditi il panorama.
La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale con accappatoi. La seconda camera offre due letti singoli, una TV e un DVD. Il bagno è dotato di vasca, doccia e WC separato. Altre caratteristiche includono una lavanderia interna e un parcheggio assegnato di fronte ai garage chiusi. Il garage non è per uso.
Ci sono sicuramente rilevatori di fumo in questa proprietà.

Rating Details:
The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We were meant to stay here for 2 nights but checked out after just one night.
Upon entering the department you can smell the rising damp in the walls. The place is generally dirty (bed frames, blinds etc haven't been cleaned in years). The things you don't see in the pictures besides the rising damp, peeling wall paper, missing tabs, missing light fittings, no extra blankets in winter, toilet that must 50 years old and the list goes on and on.
We did notify Winnings immediately that we didn't think the property was worth the nearly $400 a night rate and they initially did come back and offered to send a cleaner and raise the issue with "upper management " however now 3 weeks later, nobody has bothered to get in touch with us or respond to our emails or return phone calls.
I'd never book a property again through Winning Holidays cause they either clearly didn't inspect the property beforehand or don't care that their customers have a terrible holiday experience.

The location was excellent, right on the water and could sit and look out. The apartment was a little run down, especially considering the asking price for rental. The beds in the second bedroom sank into the center. The water heater is very small and did not last for four people showering. The kitchen was very well stocked for cutlery, utensils and plates.
