SUNSET VISTAS TREASURE ISLAND VACATION RENTA L SUNSET VISTAS # 307S è un condominio fronte golfo con 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni che cattura la bellezza della spiaggia di sabbia bianca, acque blu e tramonti di fama mondiale. Il condominio è completamente attrezzato per un soggiorno confortevole. Basta portare il costume da bagno / telo da mare, occhiali da sole e lozione ed essere pronti a rilassarsi e lasciare che le preoccupazioni si allontanino. È un posto spettacolare dove trascorrere del tempo per tutta la famiglia. Rilassati sulla spiaggia, cerca le conchiglie, cerca dollari di sabbia o rilassati a bordo piscina per famiglie o rilassati nelle due Jacuzzi, sorseggia un drink freddo al bar Tiki a bordo piscina o visita la caffetteria e la sala fitness in loco.
Una breve passeggiata / guida al famoso lungomare di John's Pass Village di negozi, ristoranti ed escursioni in acqua-osservazione dei delfini, putt-putt a Smugglers Cove, o visitare Clearwater Marine Aquarium per visitare Winter il delfino dal film Dolphin Tale.
A Treasure Island, avrai accesso a tutti i tipi di attività acquatiche divertenti tra cui: pesca, parapendio, canottaggio e waverunner. Sarai a breve distanza in auto da centri commerciali, teatri e il centro di St. Pietroburgo per musei come Dalì o Chihuly, visitare il famoso Beach Drive per gite in carrozza, passeggiare tra gli enormi alberi di banyan e cenare in molti ristoranti interni / esterni raffinati / informali.

Great location on the beach and great amenities (cafe, pool bar, gym!) Super convenient to everything. The beach itself was huge and uncrowded. We had a great time!!

Keeping the recent hurricanes in mind, changes in landscape and services are to be expected. In light of all that, Sunset Vistas appears to be returning to "normal" as quickly as they can. The main pool is open, although the heater is broken at present, but some hardy souls were swimming! The bar, as such, is not open, but drinks are available for purchase at poolside. Our condo was well-kept, and clean. We've stayed at Sunset Vistas multiple times throughout the years and have never been disappointed. We like the fact that we can walk the beach to John's Pass. Our only disappointment was that the little ice cream shop next to the resort has been closed down..... and from what I understand the present owner is not planning to reopen. :(

When we arrived, the property was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was visible dirt on the floors with hair, dust and long hair in the bed. It did not feel like the space had been properly prepared for new guests, which made it hard to relax or feel comfortable during our stay. We received an email from the rental company accusing us of having extra guests stay there and requested us to contact them as soon as possible to resolve this matter. I emailed back letting them know it was my daughter and her friend stopped over to see us until they could check in to their hotel and still have not received a response back from them. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this rental unless significant improvements are made in both cleanliness and guest communication.
