Pretty gite with pool, located 5 min from Sarlat
La proprietà si trova in una zona molto tranquilla fuori Sarlat su 1 terreno di 1/2 ettaro. I prati e il piccolo bosco sono a disposizione degli inquilini. Alcune pecore con i loro agnelli vivono sul prato di fronte al noleggio e ognuna può visitarle a loro discrezione Ritiro dalla strada di 250 metri la strada di accesso privata. La piscina è ora semi-coperta e riscaldata, con un salone per 8 persone, un tavolo da pranzo, ideale per divertirsi. Anche il proprietario, il biscotto artigianale, vive nella proprietà, ma non c'è nulla da trascurare con lui. Gli inquilini possono, se lo desiderano, venire e gustare i biscotti in un'atmosfera amichevole.
Un deposito di 300 euro sarà richiesto all'arrivo e ovviamente restituito alla partenza.
Se si desidera prendere l'opzione di pulizia, ti verrà chiesto per 33 euro alla fine del soggiorno.

Perfectly clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was too cool to use.

Evelyne is very welcoming and helpful. The Gite, as advertised, is pretty and well equipped. It's location is exceptional. 5 minutes from the busy centre of Sarlat Evelyne showed us a route in, on the first Saturday, which avoided the Market day traffic and delivered us to free parking 400 metres from the Medieval Centre. Evelyne also recommended a Restaurant, L'Esprit Sarlat, which was superb. Due to a cold & wet snap we could not use the pool but the Gite's heating was more than up to the task. The Gite's location proved exceptional with 2 supermarkets within minutes and easy access to an extensive list of tourist highlights. We visited Sarlat (repeatedly), Castelnaud, Jardins de Marqueysac, Domme, Hautefort, Gouffre De Padirac, Rocamadour, Beynac and Roque Gageac. Many thanks

Practical house with everything you need. Very friendly hostess who is always available. The house is close to major shops and 3 km from Sarlat city center. We had a very pleasant holiday.

We had a lovely stay! The property was as described, and in the hot weather it was really nice to be able to cool down in the pool. The property owner, Evelyne, does not speak a lot of english, but with the help of a translator app we managed to communicate quite well. A few minor issues were quickly sorted out, and one day she even brought us fresh eggs.
