Wonderful property in a good location. Easy walk to the beach. A couple of items. The grill grates are rusted beyond use and a new grill is needed. (try stainless steel) and the master bed could use a new mattress. Finally upon arrival the garbage and recycling bins (in house) had not been emptied master dusted and toilet (master) obviously had not been cleaned recently.
