Stayed almost a month in beautiful Venice. Cheri was a gracious hostess and laid out all condo related information in an organized manner. She was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The unit has everything one would need to feel at home. The location near the beach, bike trails and downtown provided entertainment without ever leaving the island. Would strongly recommend this rental for a carefree vacation.

Stayed almost a month in beautiful Venice. Cheri was a gracious hostess and laid out all condo related information in an organized manner. She was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The unit has everything one would need to feel at home. The location near the beach, bike trails and downtown provided entertainment without ever leaving the island. Would strongly recommend this rental for a carefree vacation.

Good stay. Owner provided beach chairs and bikes. Greeted us with coffee and wine. Responded quickly to any concerns. Could walk to Service Beach so had a very good location.

Cheri is fantastic and responsive so that is why feel bad to leave this but the Sofa, Chairs and Rug in main family room needs to either be cleaned or replaced. They were dirty. The Bathroom Fan needs to be fixed. The bedroom curtains were small so didn't block out light. Otherwise it was a great place.

Upon arrival we had welcome gifts, so thoughtful. Communication excellent with owner. The condo was updated , clean, stalked with necessities plus, and relaxing. Close to the city of Venice and Venice Beach. Pleasantly surprised.

Satisfied
Cherie was an excellent landlord and responded immediately to each of our requests. She gave us ideas of restaurants and sights. I would rate her as excellent.
The condo furniture was very old and well used. I would suggest replacing it.

We loved going to the Pier each morning. It is a great place to see dolphin. There is a lake near by with a walking path and views of the Gulf. This is where we got our daily walk in. It’s also a great location to see airplanes take off and land since the airport is just a block away. The Legacy Trail is near by and so are great restaurants.

One mile to the Gulf
We loved going to the Pier each morning. It is a great place to see dolphin. There is a lake near by with a walking path and views of the Gulf. This is where we got our daily walk in. It’s also a great location to see airplanes take off and land since the airport is just a block away. The Legacy Trail is near by and so are great restaurants.

Highly recommend!!
To begin with the condo owner ,Cherri, was wonderful .She made our stay seamless addressing every detail to make sure our stay was exceptional .Secondly the condo is exactly as described on VRBO website .The condo comes with bikes which really made cruising around fun. Lastly all the attractions are minutes away ....beaches,bike trail,downtown,etc. I would highly recommend the property.
