Amazing view from the apartment. Very kind receptionist at the pension. The apartment is exelently equipped and parking is possible in a garage. City centre is within 5 minutes walk.

The location was excellent, close to the old town and with parking which is always a challenge in Cesky Krumlov...
The apartments are located in a residential street, and while the apartment it's self was excellent, the neighboring house was not so desirable and the people living within were quite noisy... (although not over bearing and did not keep us awake over night)
It is the smallest of observations and I would recommend staying in Villa Garden and will stay there again in future..

Not the property but there have been very loud pop music till very late in the midnight in the neighbourhood, making my sleep a bit difficult.

An excellent apartment with very beautiful views over the city, a lovely terrace and perfectly located only 5 minutes walk to the center. Iva was extremely helpful and kind and she is definitely the highlight among the list of great things Villa Gardena has to offer.

I love the location, and the view from the apartment. I was also warmly greated and given everything I needed. There was on site parking, as a bonus!

We totally enjoyed our stay in Villa Gardena.
Best value for money, Iva was a very nice and helpful host.
The accomodation was very nice, we (5 Persons) had more than enough space. We can't ask for more.
Another advantage was the garage next to the flat. For families travelling with kids an absolute bonus... having an electric car was also no issue, the garage had 230V plugs.
We can totally recommend this location.

A very friendly and helpful host. The view over the old town is great, nice garden. Good parking facilities free of charge. Location is perfect.
I was in apartment no. 3. It was from my point of view very "basic". No coffee machine, no toaster, and what is untypical for the area: not even a beer glass :-) Could be a good choice for students and youngsters and for one night. The price is too high compared to the what is offered...

Very good and nice contact. The staff was very helpful. Accommodation with a wonderful view of the city. Rooms clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It is the perfect place to relax in a great location. Worth recommending. Thank you :-)

Very friendly staff and owner, very clean apartment large enough for families also with teenagers, just 2min walking distance to the historical city center of Cesky Krumlov, free parking available, a large garden with possibility of using some resting corners
