Nice place, very spacious and excellent location.

Everything went great. The house was comfortable and we especially enjoyed the backyard. The kitchen was super well outfitted and stocked so we could make use of leftovers. Really enjoyed walking to neighborhood brew pub. Parking was the only thing that took a bit of finagling for us non city folk who have not parallel parked since drivers Ed in high school in such tight circumstances but we figured it out. Easy Uber trip from airport.

Host is very quick to answer any questions. Group of friends went down for a weekend of sporting events. Parking can sometimes be a pain, but that’s always to be expected in Philly. Best thing to do is park, leave your car in its spot, and take the public transportation up and down town (subway line is blocks away from the house and easy to get to). Location of the house is perfect center point between center city and the sports complexes. Everyone who went had a bed to sleep in which is always a plus. If you’re looking for a good place to take a group of people this should be on top of your list

Worked really well for our large group. Was an easy ride into center city and the stadiums.

My family and I had a great stay. The accommodations were exactly what we needed - including family games, a great patio area, and plenty of space for everyone. Tyler was very responsive and a great host!

Rented this with a group of 10, everything was as expected and worked perfectly for a weekend visit.

My husband and I traveled to Philly with our 17 children and nanny. Tyler was absolutely amazing. He responded quickly to messages and the check in process was very smooth. We actual never had trouble finding free parking on the left side of the road. this was huge since we had a pretty hefty budget set aside for parking that we could use for other things. At the end of the trip we accidentally left a lot of clothes in the washer and dryer as well as numerous things around the house and Tyler packed everything up and shipped it back to us.the house was today and had everything you could possibly need.

This was a perfect spot for a group of friends doing some "food tourism" in Philly. Some outdoor space, a perfect variety of beds, fully-equipped kitchen, and you can even walk to some Passyunk eateries! Host was good to work with, too.

This place was better than advertised! Everyone absolutely loved the place, and it was a perfect congregation spot for going out on the town. The beds were comfy, the sofas, too, everything couldn't have been better. And Tyler was easy as pie to communicate with, he was always quick to respond. You couldn't ask for a better host! I hope he appreciates the messages we left in the guest book, we had a blast getting to leave a message or two in it. I can't recommend the space enough, especially if you're one for city living! And while parking may be the only caveat, that's completely out of his control. That's just what living in Philly is like! Once a spot opened up, we managed to park our cars right out front. I'm looking forward to booking again in the future, this was a true gem!

Great property, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. It still amazes me how quiet a row house can be and how much room you have.

My group of 18 friends stayed here over New Years for an EDM festival. The house was perfect our group!! None of the bedrooms are located on the first floor which made noise separation of common spaces really great. Everyone was able to keep hanging out while others could go to sleep! Even with 18 of us there was plenty of hot water, plenty of room to all hang out in the living room and not be on top of eachother! The house was super clean but not intimidating to clean with the natural mess of a big group. Our location was great next to late night food options, decent amounts of street parking (we had several cars), close proximity to grocery stores and a short low cost low wait uber to downtown. The house truly was perfect for our group and we would stay again. The back patio is super convienent and was even nice to use in January! Tyler was super communicative and had reasonable and more than able to abide by expectations and standards. Tyler addressed all of our concerns immediately, gave suggestions and always made us feel super welcome! Renting as a group of 20 somethings is always hit and miss, but Tyler was incredible to coordinate with. 10/10 times would stay here again and recommend to others. Property was much bigger in person than in photos. more than enough space for 18 with beds to spare. Concerns about the area are no different than any other part of living in a city. Adequate policing, cameras and a private apartment building across the street with bright lighting made the street feel very safe and secure. Practical and enjoyable place to stay for a large group of 20 somethings ringing in the new year!!

I traveled with my two sons and three of their friends. We can into town for the football game and this house was perfect for our group. The house had plenty of beds for all of us and just enough space for us to relax. The location was perfect for us. We were close to the stadium, airport and local sites.

We came to Philly to visit with our son and fiancé and her family. There were 14 of us staying there and that included 2 toddlers. There was more then enough space for everyone. We never ran out of towels or anything else that big families, like mine usually do when traveling. The back patio was just enough for all of us to enjoy a family bbq! It was just great! Have stayed here twice and never had a problem. Place is clean and close to restaurants and downtown. Would reccomend.

We did not enjoy our stay here. The window a/c units do not keep the house cool. The location is terrible for parking. The beds are very uncomfortable. The upstairs bathroom sink was extremely small.

We had a great time.

We were there for baseball games. The stadium is about a 10/15 minute Uber from the house. The house is located close to a lot of things and the owner is very responsive.

This was our first VRBO stay and the experience that Tyler provided, we will definitely stay here again. Despite the label of "upcoming" with regards to the neighborhood it's walking distance to everything you need in Philadelphia. The house was great and provided everything we needed and wanted. We really put the house through it's paces given that at one point we had 7 kids in the house and 2 dogs. The trip was exhausting but the accommodations were great. I would definitely stay here again when I'm next in Philly. Tyler is a great owner as he's very responsive to his VRBO messages.

My guest and I really enjoyed our stay in Philly! The property was clean and offered all necessities for our stay. It was equip with games, places to eat around the area, TV, WIFI and much more. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area! The property manager was very responsive and easy to talk to. We definitely would book here again.
