La nostra casa vacanze in posizione tranquilla è ideale per famiglie e coppie che vogliono trascorrere le vacanze in un tipico ambiente spagnolo.
La casa ha un patio che è come un'altra stanza tutto l'anno. In estate la vegetazione mediterranea offre ombra, in inverno il sole splende tutto il giorno!
Il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo sono arredati in modo confortevole, dispongono di TV satellitare, wifi e camino per accoglienti serate invernali.
La cucina è moderna e completamente attrezzata: lavatrice e lavastoviglie, nonché tutti gli elettrodomestici da cucina moderni.
Le due camere da letto e i bagni sono al primo piano. Una di esse ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato, l'altra camera ha due letti singoli e un bagno separato
Nel 2o Al piano superiore c'è una terrazza sul tetto riparata con una meravigliosa vista sul mare. Un posto meraviglioso per una lunga siesta!
Tutte le stanze sono rivolte a sud in modo che luce e calore entrino nella casa tutto il giorno.
L'ampio giardino ha una grande piscina con piscine di varie profondità. Le piscine sono particolarmente ideali per famiglie con bambini, in quanto è presente anche una piscina per non nuotatori.

This was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. Our hosts were very helpful and welcoming. They clearly put a lot of time & effort in to maintain a high standard and we appreciated that. The house is very well equipped and ideal for sunbathing on the roof terrace and pool or relaxing and eating outdors in the shade of the coutyard. We hope to visit again.

The property is very clean, well maintained, nicely decorated and comfortable. The entrance courtyard has beautiful plants and flowers and the terrace offers a beautiful view of the mediterranean and surrounding mountains. The pool in the centre of the common area is very nice and would be perfect in warm weather. It was too early in the season for us to use. This property is best for a couple or a couple and two children. It is well located and close to a grocery store, large shopping centre, bus station and local bus stop. It is a 15 minute bus ride to the water front and Old Town. Tanja and Miguel are excellent hosts and went out of their way to be helpful. Renting a car allowed us to explore the beautiful countryside and villages and cities nearby. Driving is certainly more challenging then we are use to with the roundabouts and number of cars, buses and scooters plus winding mountain and narrow roads but we adapted. Spain is a beautiful country and the food is fantastic!

This property really is a Home Away from home! A well equipped kitchen with full sized oven so that you can cook at home, comfortable beds, always-on hot water and a nicely furnished sitting room all combine to make it feel like a real home, rather than a holiday let. Beautiful terrance with shade at the front. Swimming pool is a step away. Beautifully maintained grounds. Easy transport on Line 2 into the centre of Marbella. Supermarket a ten minute walk away - wheelie shopper provided at the house. WiFi connection perfect all the time. Our hosts, Tanja and Miguel, couldnt have done more to make us welcome. They were always on hand for information, but also fully respected our privacy. This is one of the very best properties we have stayed at in years of renting and we will certainly be back. Thank you Tanja and Miguel.
