We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and offered all the amenities we could ask for. The only thing we didn’t care for was having to drive to a different location for the parking passes, but it was easy enough. The walk to the beach took about 15-20 minutes. We would stay here again!

Overall we had a great stay. I would recommend this place.
When we arrived we noticed the cleaners did not vacuum. We let Jacqueline know and within 45 minutes cleaners arrived. We know this was not the owners fault as they rely on cleaners to do their job. Great response time from owners. The property was a little farther than we thought to the beach. Adults biking or walking would be fine but kids and there stuff makes it far. It is .7 walk not far for adults or older kids. Property itself needs some tlc in the kitchen especially the range. Stove top was in rough shape. The back slider needs to be fixed. Its tough to close or open.. Bedrooms are nice, they each have a full bath and it makes getting ready easier.
We enjoyed our stay and Jacqueline was a great host.

This was a beautiful house in a great community!! Plenty of room for six adults and a toddler. Very clean and close to the pool.

We are regulars to HHI. Always stay somewhere different. Personally for me, this was the longest walk to the beach we have had. It's not bad for us (early 30s and a couple kids) but it was no good for my mom and MIL who we had to drive and drop them off and then walk back they are 64 and 69. House was clean pool was nice.

Great location and setting! Walk to beach! Pool just off the porch! For 7 people traveling from different places was a bit challenging with parking limit of 2 cars.

Unit was in a terrific location. Condo was very clean. Was very quiet. Beach was not within easy walking distance but easy drive with abundant parking. Highly recommend

We only came to the area for a long weekend to attend a wedding. The property had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The villa is in a great location, close to Coligny Plaza, pool and beach access, though it’s a little far for walking. Definitely recommend bike rental. Unit is spacious and was perfect for a family of 6. Cute beach decor. Kitchen is well equipped. Property manager was quick to respond and helpful.
The only cons are that there were only 2 beach chairs for such a big unit. We purchased a few more and left them for future renters. The speed bumps at the complex are atrocious, they’re really rough on the car, and the process for getting a parking pass was inconvenient.
Overall though there were only a few minor inconveniences and would highly recommend. We had a great time visiting Hilton Head!

Property was clean and amenities plentiful. However, I was not able to get our parking pass due to incorrect name on envelope which was resolved two days later but was an inconvenience. Also screen door handle fell off the first day and when reported we were told someone would be out to repair the next morning--however, no one showed up so we had to leave it propped open so it would not lock us out for the duration of our stay. We was there for 5 days and no one bothered to follow-up with us regarding door repair. Living room furniture and rugs need to be updated. Plenty of cookware and dinning utensils. Loved the setup but hated the location... difficult to find apartment in the complex.

Very dated rental property. Front Entry and Rear decks badly ignored and the Rear Deck was unusable. Sliding Door is original and very difficult to close from the outside. Kitchens and bathrooms are original but functional . Two windows are painted partially open and allow outside noise in disrupting sleep. Furniture is extremely old and worn out. Location to the pool is ideal, layout of condo is very nice. This unit needs alot of TLC and updates.

With a family that deals with the hustle and bustle of life, this was exactly what we needed. Probably the best VRBO yet!! Left feeling rejuvenated and ready for life again! We will be back!

Overall the condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and spacious. The beach walk is about 15 minutes of a walk (we timed it), so that was a bummer. Very close to coligny. Only issue we had was our air conditioning kept going out. This had nothing to do with the owners, they got the situation handled very quickly. Weather was great during our stay! Pool was nice!

Great location, beautiful place, very well equipped, and plenty of comfortable seating for all! We absolutely loved every single thing about it! We would go back in a heartbeat! Downfall- no sheets or blankets for sofa pullout beds and no beach towels. Aside from that, I highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is well located, close to everything. I do feel the process for parking passes could be better. It seems that the passes could be left in the property for guest. Also, the carpet really needs to be updated to engineered hardwoods. Over all, the property was very clean (other than carpet). It was well stocked with everything you need.

Very, very pleased! Only drawbacks were the walk to the beach (further than you think when you factor in all you have to carry) and there were some leftovers found in the fridge. The test of the property were obviously very well cleaned and taken care of, direct access to the pool out the back porch, very spacious, well stocked beach supplies and kitchen needs. Would stay again!

Great location—pool steps away, beach a 10 minute walk. Plenty of room to spread out. The owners made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Jackie was super friendly and helpful. There was small issue and she immediately took care of it! She was fabulous! We would definietly rent from Jackie & Jon again!

The condo is very well equipped. It was nice to have use of beach chairs and toys. Kitchen was well stocked with needed pots, pans and utensils.

It was a smooth process renting the property. The owner provided information prior to arrival which was helpful. The owner was also responsive to emails. The property was just as described. Great space for 4 females! The location is close to the beach and close to lots of shops!!! It was a great weekend!
