Just got back from a 2 month stay at the "Sunshine House". Everything was perfect from check in / communication with Rhonda to leaving yesterday. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the beach / golf cart worked perfectly getting around the park and going to the beach which was just a few minute ride away. Thank you Rhonda for a great winter experience at your house. Andy & Roxy

We had an amazing time at the sunshine house! It had everything we could of possibly needed in our home away from home! It was clean the beds were comfortable rhonda was fantastic at communicating with us for the check in process and if we had any questions she was always so quick to respond. We absolutely loved our stay here and we will be back again 😊

We booked this house last second for a getaway for New Years. It was the perfect size for our family of 3. The kitchen had everything you could need. We loved the fact that the owners had a weather cover over the golf cart so even on cold nights we could still ride our toddler around. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Fall break at the beach
My husband and I spent 4 days at this house. It was everything we needed to relax and enjoy the beach. The golf cart was an added plus. Will be back.

The place was amazing. The decor is Margarita-ville themed, so appropriate with the beach a short golf cart ride away. She has every kitchen utensil that you may ever need to cook for yourselves, when nit dining at one of the areas fabulous resteraunts. The place is absolutely adorable with lots of space inside and out too relax and enjoy the weather and bbq. Our family loved it and hope to be back when the weather is warmer. This place seems like it would be more amazing at peak season. Thanks Again Rhonda

Perfect house!
Our family of four enjoyed our stay! House was decorated in bright fun colors, girls loved it! Gold cart included which sealed the deal! Great location within Ocean Lakes- 5-8min golf cart ride to beach, quiet street location. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect family vacation
This house is the perfect house for my family of four. I have two daughters under the age of 10 so they were able to share a bed. The house is very clean and the ability to have two inside restrooms and an additional outside shower made my life a lot easier getting ready to go out for dinner. The living area just seems much larger because of the patio and area under the home. This added to the access to a golf cart made our stay relaxing and stress free. Rhonda was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with getting us checked in and rolling for the week. We have already booked for next year.

Our new home away from home
We are almost halfway into our second week in this lovely home, and we have already booked again for next year. A few days into our first week, I emailed the owner and told her she could also call her place a "Little Slice of Heaven." The house is clean and well-stocked with dishes, etc.; it is also intimate enough to feel like a home, but big enough so everyone can find space to be alone to think, read, or take in the beautiful view. The front porch on the deck is wonderful! Rhonda is also wonderful to work with, and always responds to questions and requests quickly. I look forward to spending time here for the rest of this week and for all my future visits to Ocean Lakes.

House of Sunshine is wonderful
This is by far the nicest house we have stayed at in Ocean Lakes in 10 years of renting here. it's clean and nicely decorated. When looking at the pictures, don't worry about the bold color choices, it all works, The owner is responsive which was refreshing, some homes I inquired about I never heard back from. The owner made the reservation easy and seamless. We will be back again!

Paradise!!
I can't even begin to describe how perfect this house is & how much fun we had at Ocean Lakes! It was just my 2 boys (ages 8 and 3) & myself for the week and we all three loved our stay. Rhonda was great to work with. Margaritaville theme was festive & perfectly fitting. The house was very clean & has everything you need for a week in paradise. We leave tomorrow & are sad to go. We will definitely be back again next year!

What a Week!
My husband and I had a wonderful week. I grew up coming to Ocean Lakes and my husband grew up staying at hotels on the strip. He had never stayed at Ocean Lakes before. Now, he wants to come back every year. The house was great, very comfortable and nicely located on the property convenient to the beach, store, pool...everything. This was the best trip we've had since our wedding/honeymoon. We are definitely coming back!

Best vacation ever!!!
When we first arrived at the rental property we were immediately thrilled to see where we were spending our vacation. The house was spotless and beautiful. Me, my wife, my daughter, son in law and grand baby all agreed this was the best vacation we have ever experienced. The golf cart made access to the beach, stores and recreation center a pleasure. It was fun just to cruise around Ocean lakes and look at all the beautiful houses. I got so much I could write about, but would not have enough characters to finish so I will sum it up by writing the following. The listing description and photos are accurate, but when you see the property in person, it is even better than you can imagine. The owner answered all questions and concerns promptly and friendly. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting a perfect vacation. We would love to come back next year, maybe in June.
