We were concerned that the pictures we saw online may have been dated, but they were spot on and looked even better when we got there. Jill, Gordon and Lorraine were all the best. We hope to be back again.

It was our fith time in simpson bay and it was the second time that we rent with Gill.
The service with Gill and Gordon was very nice.
The condo was just awesome, the beach was WOW and what about the location.
If you like good food and restaurant and also like to have a drink it's the place to be.

amazing place to be

If you like good food and restaurant and also like to have a drink it's the place to be.

Fabulous Location!
This was my husband's and my third visit to St. Maarten and each time we rented a place on Simpson Bay Beach. This is by far our favorite and we will be renting this condo again next year. The location was great and I loved stepping off the patio and being right on the beach. We ate in most days after shopping at the grocery store for the week. The kitchen provided everything you could possibly need. I saw other reviews about low water pressure in the shower but I never experienced anything like that. My husband picked up croissants and coffee from Café Atlantico daily and we usually go diving with Ocean Explorers. We also like to go to Sunset Bar & Grill to watch the planes land at Princess Juliana airport. And although we like to drive around the island and check out other beaches, we always come back to Simpson Bay beach because why haul your stuff somewhere else when you have everything you need right where you're staying? We can't wait for next year!

Great location and lovely condo
My husband and I were very pleased with this very clean and well maintained condo. The kitchen was very well equipped, we did dine in three evenings. Cooking in this kitchen was very easy plus we made use of the grill on the patio. The bedroom was very spacious and bed very comfortable. So nice to have the washer and dryer. Shower pressure was a little low but was no issue, we adjusted.
We enjoyed the easy beach access, lovely sandy beach just off our patio. Plenty of towels and beach chairs available for use. Great walking beach.
Great restaurants within walking distance. We did have a car which we used to get groceries and to tour around the island.
Jill very pleasant and helpful with booking condo. Gordon, a great guy, very helpful with check in and plenty of suggestions for dining and places to visit. The lady who came to clean our condo mid week was very friendly and pleasant.
We had a problem one morning with mosquitos, not sure why they were around our first morning but after that we didn't see any. We had breakfast on patio every morning and as I mentioned we also had some dinners in so we ate on patio those nights.
Great spot, would definitely recommend this condo. Thanks, hope to return.

Best Location on the Island!
Just got home and my husband hasn't stopped telling me how well I had done with this choice.
Pre-Arrival - I worked with Jill via phone and e-mail and she was great. Quick response, even with my multitude of random questions. This was our first experience booking an unstaffed private rental. The directions she sent to find the apartment and gain access were easy to follow. Thank you Jill!
Arrival - Arrival is super easy if you follow the directions sent to you. Gordon arrived within 30 minutes of our arrival and gave a very detailed explanation of what we needed to know for the apartment as well as a great overview of the island itself. He is a keeper! We only had to reach out to Gordon once with a question but he answered immediately and took care of what we needed.
Cleaning - The housekeeper stopped by 1 time during the trip which was a pleasant surprise. I was not expecting service until after we left. She was friendly. I felt bad as we had to stick around with her because we were on our way to go diving for the day.
Apartment - The place is exactly as it appears online. There were no surprises. The location was fabulous. You could walk to a couple restaurants and a small convenience store. If you have more ambition, you could walk to airline road/welfare road pretty easily (say 6-7 blocks). We, however, chose to take our car. The view was amazing. I didn't know how I would feel about all the boats docked in the bay but I actually enjoyed it! The beach was super easy access with your own designated chairs, noodles, etc. The waves were big enough to play in too. I saw fitness swimmers in the bay every day. You can easily walk to Mary Boons, Horney Toad and Karachters for drinks and food. Easy access right across the bridge (less than 5 minutes) to the grocery store. I would take their recommendation for getting a rental vehicle. We explored the entire island multiple times. Also, I really liked the BBQ grill (electric). We took a picture and will be getting one for our deck at home.
There are only a few cons that I can even come up with for this place but they didn't affect the overall vacation and wouldn't keep me from giving this place the highest recommendation. 1) The pressure in the shower was horrible. I ended up washing my hair in the kitchen sink every day. Hot water not abundant. 2) Bed was a foam bed. We don't prefer those and so found it less comfortable.
You will not be disappointed!

Gated parking, which is a bonus, as the Simpson Bay area can pose parking issues. Plenty of room and well thought out with a full size washer and dryer in the unit. There isn't anything they haven't thought of; beach chairs, loungers, BBQ, kitchen appliances etc. Beautiful views from the eat in kitchen, spacious living room and covered veranda. Just a few steps to one of the best sections of beach in Simpson Bay. The rental agent, Jill, was wonderful to work with and Gordon, the property manager, was very helpful. Already planning on staying here next year.

Gated parking, which is a bonus, as the Simpson Bay area can pose parking issues. Plenty of room and well thought out with a full size washer and dryer in the unit. There isn't anything they haven't thought of; beach chairs, loungers, BBQ, kitchen appliances etc. Beautiful views from the eat in kitchen, spacious living room and covered veranda. Just a few steps to one of the best sections of beach in Simpson Bay. The rental agent, Jill, was wonderful to work with and Gordon, the property manager, was very helpful. Already planning on staying here next year.

Outstanding! Everything and more. The condo is immaculate, great kitchen but walking 10 steps to Simpson Beach was the best. Jill the rental agent was meticulous concerning details and the property manager was attentive, available, full of helpful information and has a great personality.

Well maintained property on a perfect location. Beach was 5 steps from the patio. Comfortable furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. I have been to St Maarten many times, even lived there for a few years, and this is a very nice one bedroom condo.
