This location is excellent, and we enjoyed the private beach access. The condo was perfect for two people and we really enjoyed the full kitchen. Our only suggestion to the owner is that it needs an update. The black sealant tape in the tub and partially broken box spring mattress (it was near our feet so it took us a bit to notice) need attention, as well as some updated towels. But none of that impacted our enjoyment; this is a good property overall and a great value. The top floor was ideal and we loved the balcony.

It's a great condo with a great view...the only thing that could've made the stay better would have been having a celing fan on the balcony

It was one bedroom, but with the couch and bunk beds in the hallway you could sleep 3 more. It also had a fold out bed in the closet. One thing that I always appreciate is plenty of linens. Even though it was a smaller condo, we had lots of extras! I hate to stay somewhere where you have to do laundry every day because there is one set of towels/washcloths per person. The only complaint I can think of was the bath towels had a soured smell. Understandable though, since guests are instructed to put a load in when they leave. A load is bound to get left in the washer from time to time.
