Beautiful 3-bedroom apartment 40 meters from Levante beach
Grande appartamento nella zona di Benidorm Rincon de Loix a soli 50 metri dalla spiaggia di Levante. Ristrutturato nel 2013 con splendide viste sul mare e sulla spiaggia. Edificio con piscina e parcheggio privato vicino a tutti i servizi. Appartamento di 115 metri con 3 camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con 2 letti singoli ciascuna. Divano letto per una persona nel soggiorno. Cucina attrezzata con lavatrice, frigorifero, forno, microonde, ecc. 2 bagni, uno con doccia e l'altro con vasca, un ampio soggiorno, un soggiorno e una terrazza. Riscaldamento e aria condizionata. Dispone di televisione con DTT e Parabolic dove è possibile vedere più di 50 canali stranieri., Wifi.

It was a lovely appartment close to the beach and the main strip of pubs and restaurants.We arrived very late but was still met at the appartment by the oeners husband. (There was a 50 euro charge for arriving after midnight but that was cheaper than paying for earlier flights)Communication was by whattsap so very easy. We got a taxi from the airport which was 105 euros.. on the way back i ordered an uber which was about 80 eurosAppartment was spacious with a really nice balcony with great views of the sea. Fans in every bedroom and 2 bathroomsThe pool was open from 10am to 9pm..we went in September and the pool wasnt used much while we were there so we had it to ourselves a bit of the time. I think a lot of the people staying there are older residents maybe so it wasnt too noisy either. Would definitely stay againOnly downside would be..no locks on the bathroom doors. And could do with more hooks in the bathrooms.. and in the hallway.

10/10. Apartment was lovely. Amazing view over Benidorm. The balcony outside was great- ran the whole way down the side of the apartment so lots of space to hang towels as well as sit outside to enjoy the view. The apartment was clean and fresh with everything you need but no unwanted clutter. The air conditioning and ceiling fans keep every room cool and comfortable. Pressure in both showers was good with constant hot water. No locks on the toilet doors which was odd but we managed lol. The pool was lovely- never too crowded. Location was perfect- nearly right on the beach- close to all the main Benidorm night attractions but far enough away to be quiet at night. Loads of lovely restaurants just round the corner and a small supermarket just across the road- bigger ones nearby too but it was great for buying water and also freshly baked bread in the mornings. I would definitely recommend - lovely apartment.

What a beautiful property in a prime location.
Booking was easy and communication was excellent.
5 minutes to beach and walking distance to main strip (15 mins). Highly recommend.
