Family and Biker Friendly Finca in the middle of Alaró
"S'Estorell" è una casa di città 1905 costruito nel cuore di Alaró, che grazie alla sua ca ha 4 000 m2 ampio giardino Finca Charkter. La casa è stata completamente riqualificata. Tutte le camere ei bagni sono stati con amore e arredate in modo confortevole in stile maiorchino. Nel giardino ci sono sei diversi tipi di frutta, tra cui un albero di limone-mai-frutta tenendo le dichtbepflanzten interna. I 80 m2 di grandi dimensioni e fino a 3m piscina profonda. Perfette per nuotare E se non avete voglia di cucinare o grigliate sul patio, che all'epoca aveva sede in una distanza a piedi in pochi minuti diversi ristoranti. La panetteria più vicina per una deliziosa prima colazione, per. Esempio, in ombra parziale sotto il ponte sole a bordo piscina si trova a circa 200 metri lungo la strada. Il grande tavolo da pranzo nel cortile e il secondo grande tavolo da pranzo sulla terrazza coperta al piano superiore con una fantastica vista le porte del cielo in montagna invitano di aggregazione sociale. La casa è adatta per i ciclisti e gli escursionisti größerere gruppi che possono iniziare il loro tour direttamente a portata di mano.

Excellent in all areas - location, space, quality.Only thing lacking was basic items such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, shower gel etc. Given the booking was several thousand, this was expected.

Spectacular property in a great location.I hope to return someday. Spacious and beautiful with a well appointed kitchen, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.Downstairs bedrooms did not have a.c.

A wonderful house in a perfect location. The pool and gardens were stunning and although we were there for the festival which has very loud music nights, the house was super quiet so anyone not partying in the square could sleep! Gabriele was the perfect host and answered any questions we had. It’s very unusual to be so close to the square and have such a feeling of space around you, and the views of the mountains from the garden were incredible.

The property is beautiful & was a delight to stay at. Although we did have two big issues: 1). There were NO instruction how to access this property and the address does not show up on any maps? We came straight from airport and our contact Neomi was in school when we arrived, so she sent her aunt Elena who does not have a car, cell phone & did not speak English. Elena tried her best to get us to the house (we had to find her on the closed street, only thing we were told is that she had a pink shirt & a green umbrella)? It was not disclosed to us that that the entire road in front of the Finca was completely torn up, closed and barricaded, (and had been that way for months). Host needs to provide a map on how to get to back entrance gate. This was not provided and caused a lot of stress for 8 people & two vehicles. 2). Upon arrival (once we finally were able to access, Finca from back entrance and many difficult & tight turns to get there). This took several hours and lots of frustration) we discovered on our 1st night that there was no hot water, and no one wanted a cold shower. The next day a plumber was contacted and we had ONE night of hot water. With two nights remaining the hot water went out again on our 3rd day but this time without repair. 8 guest received one night only of hot water. This was upsetting to all and host simply apologized and did not offer any compensation for this inconvenience. Again, a very spacious, clean and lovely property. We made the best of it yet frustrations ran very high for all due to problems with access and no hot water hence the 3 star rating. Thank you
