Si trova in un edificio piedi nell'acqua, all'inizio della spiaggia di Grand Case. Il centro del paese è di 10 minuti a piedi che garantisce pace e tranquillità. l'unico suono che si sente è quello delle onde lavare sulla spiaggia.
Completamente ristrutturato nel 2015, lo studio è completamente attrezzato con tutti i confort .Aria condizionata, WiFi, TV americana e canali francesi, cucina, lavatrice, bagno.
Un letto matrimoniale 180x200 che si vedrà il mare.

Situato in un condominio proprio sulla spiaggia l'inizio del Grand Case Beach. La città tranquilla e tipica è a soli 10 minuti a piedi e l'unico suono che si sente è quella volontà delle onde.
Completamente rinnovato nel 2015 lo studio è perfettamente attrezzata di tutti i comfort necessari; AC, WiFi, TV (canali francesi e americani), cucina, lavatrice e bagno e un letto queen size (60in x 80in) da dove avrete una vista sul mare.

Great location, short walk to restaurants. Parking in front of building. Everything as pictured, appliances all worked. There is no "dryer" but they have a clothes drying rack. Steps from the beach and you can hear the waves at night. Host Charles was very helpful. Would recommend.

I felt like the studio could have been cleaner. There was no snorkel equipment as listed on VRBO website. But the owner was available, very helpful, and assured me he would address the issue. Thank you Bruno for all of your help.

This apartment was perfect for the two of us. The beach was just steps away, not to mention it was beautiful and quiet. You can easily walk to all of the best restaurants in town, and the other beaches and towns are just a quick 10 minute drive away. We will absolutely stay here every time we come back to St. Martin. It was easy to meet up with the host and learn all of the "ins and outs" of the apartment. They left great recommendations and were always easy to reach. Thanks for a great stay.

This apartment was perfect for the two of us. The beach was just steps away, not to mention it was beautiful and quiet. Top studio les pieds dans l'eau
C'est notre scond sejour d'une semaine dans ce studio.
C'est un parfait petit appartement pour 2 personnes, directement sur une des plus belle plage de l'île et quelques minutes a pied des meilleurs resto de l'ile.
Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est là, de la grande cuisine equipee a la jolie salle de bains, machine a laver, TV, Internet, serviettes et chaises longues pour la plage, et le plus important de tout : vous ne pouvez pas battre la vue !
Le studio est sur la partie calme de la plage, juste assez loin du centre ville pour éviter le bruit des restaurants et bars, tout en étant à seulement 5 minutes à pied de toute l'animation de la ville.
C'est un peu bruyant dans l'immeuble (residents au RDC et dans les escaliers parlent fort a 4h du mat) et le traffic dans la rue a l'arriere mais c'est raisonnable.
C'était propre et Béatrice est toujours aussi gentille et accueillante. Le proprio reponds toujours tres vite aux emails.
Nous recommandons vivement ce studio.

Perfect rental - Just as described
The location is perfect and the studio is very nice. It's right on the beach and the view is incredible. Everything in the unit was as described and we had just what we needed for two people. We were close to downtown Grand Case, with all it's shops and restaurants. I would gladly recommend this rental to my family and friends.

The owner is easy-going and friendly. He made sure we were comfortable with the studio and answered all our questions about Grand Case and St. Martin. We enjoyed the variety of local eateries, from fancy to casual. This area of the island is perfect if you want a less touristy experience.

We enjoyed the variety of local eateries, from fancy to casual. This area of the island is perfect if you want a less touristy experience.

Super séjour!!!
Nous avons passé 8 jours dans l'appartement idéalement placé "les pieds dans l'eau".
L'appartement correspond tout à fait à la description faite dans l'annonce.
Le propriétaire n'était pas là pour nous accueillir mais ils nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour faciliter notre arrivée et nous avons été accueillis par une personne charmante et très disponible.
Un séjour au top dans un appartement proche des commerces et surtout de la plage. Idéal pour des vacances reposantes avec en prime le bruit des vagues pour vous réveiller le matin où vous endormir le soir :)
Sans aucun doute, nous recommandons cet appartement à tous ceux qui veulent passer des vacances à Grand Case.

It was really clean, smelled so good in the bedroom (what was the brand of the laundry detergent used?) and Beatrice is very sweet and welcoming.
And we love the Contemporary decoration and the choice of material and colors palette.
It's on the quiet part of the beach, just far enough from the town center to avoid the noise and the traffic, but still just 5 minutes by feet from all animation and all the restaurants in town/on the beach.
Absolutely amazing stay. We highly recommend.
