Bed was cosy, nice bathroom and great facilities. Perfect for our type of stay.
Not mandatory but the addition of a few staple condiments could really make the difference to guests’ stays e.g. cooking oil/ salt / pepper

Nothing. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Women working in the rooms selling sex.
Bed was ridiculous worst beds I’ve ever experience.

Nice place to stay. Exceptionally clean. Staff on hand to help whenever called upon. Straight public bus from city centre (Lichfield bus stop) if well explained.
No provision for a family to stay together except in separate rooms.

Bathroom door was very annoying needs a bit of oil.

Modern and clean, the bed was so comfortable and my head just melted into the pillows.
The main door was a bit tricky to open in the way out but nothing major.

very cosy little all in 1 studio flat .
sofa bed was very uncomfortable , the wood panelling was digging into my back through the mattress which was very thin.

Cleanliness, range of facilities, complimentary tea/coffee, good bedding and the neat decor. The booking system was easy and the key code arrived on time. It was as good as any 5 star hotel we have stayed in. The fact that breakfast was not included was exactly what we wanted as we were returning to stay with relatives nearby who had breakfast all ready and waiting for us. But we could have used the little kitchen if we needed to.
This was not a criticism of the apartment, but my Google Map stayed on Farndale Avenue instead of turning into the road that led into Glaisdale Gardens.

It was warm, welcoming and so clean! The instructions left for entry were easy to follow and I felt very safe and secure.
The location was further out than I had initially thought, but only in comparison to where I was travelling from and it's located in a nice neighbourhood!
