La "Old House" appartiene alla famiglia da 500 anni, ma è stata rinnovata nel 2009 ed è in ottime condizioni.
Se ti piace la privacy, ti piacerà. La nostra casa indipendente soleggiata e spaziosa è incastonata su un vecchio boithrin da un fiume su 4 acri. Non sono rimasti molti di loro.
La casa si trova sul bordo di Tipperary Kilkenny ed è a soli 20 minuti di auto dalla città di Kilkenny e dal castello di Kilkenny.
Recentemente rinnovato, questo cottage incarna lo stile di vita rustico della vecchia Irlanda. Dispone di 2 ampie camere matrimoniali con bagno interno e 2 camere matrimoniali a soppalco. Uno dei loft è racchiuso. 8 posti letto comodamente. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie e wifi gratuito inclusi.
C'è un'entrata anteriore e un'entrata posteriore. Il cortile all'ingresso posteriore è una trappola per il sole.

What a lovely home! It is secluded yet has everything you need. We woke the first morning to glorious sunshine and could not imagine a more perfect spot to enjoy this part of Ireland. The house is well stocked and very comfortable.

We’ve just gotten settled back home and we’re both already missing The Old House and the beautiful country of Ireland. I want to thank you for making things so easy in the planning stages. You understand so well that it’s a big decision to select a home to rent in another country. That said, we felt completely comfortable at every stage and you always responded to emails promptly.
The house itself is even better than it shows in the pictures and we were so comfortable there. We loved getting home from a long day of sightseeing and knowing the Old House would be there. My, (Diane), soaks in the big red claw foot tub after a long day were pure bliss. You and your sister have done an amazing job in renovating the house to have the modern conveniences without losing the wonderful history and character of the house. We’re looking forward to seeing pictures of the home before it was renovated.
The landscaping and natural setting of the house are beautiful and serene. We enjoyed snooping around the other old buildings on the property and on one beautiful evening I just lay on the grass by the stream and listened to the water and the birds. I loved exploring the old cemetery nearby..so peaceful there.
The unexpected bonus was being able to meet you and hear more of the history about the area, your family and the house. You were so much fun and getting to spend the evening with you and your cousin at a hurling match and later at your brother’s pub in Kilkenny was truly a blast for us. Thank you for making us feel a part of your family.
Thank you again for an amazing stay. I know we’ll be back and please know you are always welcome in Arizona.
