The owners were easy to interact with and had good communication if you had an inquiry. You can slightly see the ocean from the large balcony. We were disappointed because we like to use the pool. Unfortunately, the pool is under the building (literally), next to the parking spots, with only later afternoon sun. The water was too cold for us to go in. The place is on the 3rd floor, so be ready for a lot of steps. Overall, it was a quiet location and a short walk to the ocean. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Not a lot in walking distance.

A good place for quiet and relaxation. Off the high traffic areas. Yet close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Great walking paths near.

Upon arrival we had to wait an extra 4 hours for the room to be cleaned. We ran into the cleaning lady as she was leaving and she was very upset that the supplies she needed was not available to clean the room properly and said she did her best. I finished cleaning the room once we got in. We spoke to the owner and he was very nice and apologized about the mix up in our arrival date. Thank You
