Godrai della vista sull'oceano e della brezza dai ponti doppi di questa deliziosa casa di 6 camere da letto composta da sei camere da letto, 4 bagni, una nuova casa in stile concetto aperto situata a solo una casa di fronte all'oceano. La spaziosa pianta a pavimento rovesciato dispone di due master suite lato oceano, aria condizionata centralizzata controllata inferiore e superiore separata, ampia cucina con ripiano più che sufficiente e mobili da cucina per riporre, pavimento in legno e moquette, ampia zona pranzo ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, 2 completi frigoriferi di dimensioni, lavatrice / asciugatrice, 4 TV a schermo piatto, 2 DVD, Internet WiFi, barbecue a gas, schermato in veranda, 2 ponti e 2 docce esterne con un lavaggio dei piedi alla porta d'ingresso. Due scaldabagni assicurano molta acqua calda per tutti. Abbastanza parcheggio per 6 auto, Non sono ammessi animali, non è permesso fumare, No Candele e Camino non è per uso inquilino!

Home was a great location.wish it had been cleaner. No sheets for extra beds not listed in information. Bedding a bit worn out! No enough pillows. Not enough family space..den listed was a hallway!!!

We have rented in Bethany before so knew to expect the poor-quality sheets and towels supplied by the rental agency, but there was no excuse for the poor cleaning job. The kitchen had greasy dust on the lights over the island, a grungy microwave and fridge water dispenser covered with fingerprints. The insides of the cabinets were a disaster, with pots serving dishes thrown about randomly, and crumbs in the drawers. The bathroom counters had makeup residue on them. I know it’s difficult to find workers these days, but if a house is advertised as COVID clean, it sets high expectations. Additionally, the pillows were awful quality and there were no extra linens (including for the cots and the fold-outs). On the positive side, the house is nicely laid out, with sufficient baths for the bedrooms and the location is good.

Plenty of room for our extended family! We enjoyed the views of the ocean and especially loved that we were only steps to the beach.
