Condo furnishings were okay, old building, sandblasting was being done, it was definitely a construction zone. We were offered 15% discount due to excessive noice, however, elevators were off at times (we were on floor 6), excessive dust at all times. The view was spectacular! Pool area very nice.

Location is great! Beach is across the road and the pool is nice and clean and heated. Beds are horrible and pillows are like cardboard boxes. There is very limits items in the kitchen for cooking. There is beach chair that was nice. There was only 2 beach towels but we asked for more and they brought them right over . Over all the location was the best part. Place was outdated and caret is gross but overall the condo was clean.

We didn’t get to enjoy the ocean much but that is no fault of owner. The air conditioning only cooled the front of the condos the bedrooms were extremely hot and beds hard. But the view was amazing!

Unfortunately, due to COVID 19, our vacation was cut short. Our week in Indian Shores was enjoyable and we look forward to returning. Our experience with the Management company was very good. They were very pleasant and helpful. This Unit is spacious, bright, with excellent views out every window. It was clean but unfortunately needs much tender loving care. Kitchen did not have some basic items such as Kettle, large bowls, utensils, etc. Front door and entrance needs replaced and entire unit is in need of a paint job. Bathrooms need updating, bathtub in master bedroom is chipping, and stained. Shower curtain needs replaced. Beach equipment is sparse. No umbrella, beach cooler, or beach chairs that are easy to carry. Don’t want to scare people off from renting this unit, but you should know what your paying for. And, we would probably rent or again.
