This is one of the greatest properties I have ever stayed at. It was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It was extremely clean, convenient to downtown and extremely accessible. Nick and Lynn were fantastic hosts they respond IMMEDIATELY to messages. And they offered to allow us to check in 3 hours early and it completely saved our lives.
The house was so comfortable and everyone single guest we had had a place to sleep comfortably. My gf and our friends will be doing Saratoga once a year and this is where I will be staying.

We stayed for 4 nights with 5 adult couples. I will start with the positives - amazing location, just a few minutes walk to the heart of Broadway. The place was also very clean and updates have been made to the unit. The TV room and kitchen are great for hanging out! There are also nice appliances, and the bathrooms are nice
On a negative note, the listing should emphasize the layout of the unit. It's one super long floor. It almost feels like an old dentist office. The master bedroom shares walls with two other bedrooms, which have been blocked off by curtains and glass doors Truly, they should only rent this as a 2 bedroom as there are only 2 rooms that I would deem as "private." There is a completely OPEN stairwell that could lead you right to the front door of the law office. You can see the front door when you're walking around upstairs. VRBO should require they install a wall and door for privacy. It's a bit unsettling when you first enter and feel exposed. I think part of renting a VRBO space is that is entirely private and secure, unless you explicitly state the setup and let it be known that this is more or less a shared space. I understand that no one should be using those stairs, but the possibility still remains. Fortunately, the common spaces are far away from this stairwell, so no concerns there. Lastly, important to note that the bunk room is very small. No bigger than a large closet and the bunks are small for an adult. Would be OK for kids!

The penthouse was the perfect location for our bachelor getaway to Saratoga. Enough rooms/beds to sleep our crew of 10 and within spitting distance of downtown made it easy to go out with a crew and not have to worry about getting split up or hassling with rides to and fro.

The place was clean, well equipped and plenty of room for my family attending my son's graduation. With its convenient location to the center of Saratoga, it was just what we needed!

This place is beautiful! We had a group of 12 ladies and we had a lovely stay. The place was clean and stocked with towels, pots/pans and dishes so we had everything we needed. There were enough beds between the rooms and the pull out couch that everyone was comfortable. Nick & Lynn were great, very responsive, and check-in/check-out was very easy. The location was PERFECT, a quick walk from the shops and restaurants and bars. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place and these hosts! Thank you Nick & Lynn for everything!

Spotless space, amazing location
The space is exactly as advertised. 5 bedrooms, 2 full/1 half bath, well-equipped kitchen. It was spotless when we arrived (and hopefully pretty close when we left), and very comfortable. It is about a block from a small Stewarts store where you can get some groceries, and just a few blocks from the main action in the town with all its restaurants, coffee shops, art, etc. We had comfortable seating for 11-12 at dinner when we put the "kids" at the kitchen counter. It was nice to have such a large kitchen/dining area with a separate living room for separate zones of visiting. At first it felt surprising to have the back 3 bedrooms be open to the office suite below, but there was no noise transfer from the offices even though the large staircase was open. The skylights made the place feel bright and cheerful. The town is not silent - there are plenty of loud trucks and sirens - but we slept through most of it. We were not there during racing season, which we understand to be much more active.

What stood out, however, is that Nick was communicative on various special requests, and when we had some minor damage, was very understanding and worked with me to make sure he was understanding of what happened. He even helped get a pair of sneakers shipped out that were left behind!
Couldn’t recommend the spot or the host more. Hope to come back, for longer next time.

Great house in a great location
This place is perfect for large families and the kitchen was awesome and our main hangout. Layout is cool and the place is in a great location set back from Broadway but still walking distance to everything. Owners were on top of any questions and have a nice home and even left us a great bottle of wine as a gift.

At the last minute, my family was “rescued” by Nick & Lynn, and their lovely property. Spacious, sophisticated appointments, and comfy beds made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.
The cleanliness of the penthouse was outstanding and a great comfort to us during this time of Covid.

Tax conference in Saratoga
Location was great. Accommodations were really nice and convenient to the conference that we attended. Would have liked to watch Monday night football but ESPN is not subscribed to however a bar was close by so we went there for the game. Nice place to stay!

Fabulous location! Very comfortable place with a well equipped kitchen. Bedding and linens were all nice and the place was spotless when we checked in. Plenty of room for our big group! We would definitely return.

Great spot for a group
The house was perfect - easy walk to Broadway, clean, and well appointed. Great kitchen and really comfortable beds! Nick was responsive to questions leading up to our stay and even gave us some restaurant recommendations! He was also flexible with check in and check out times which was super helpful.

Walk to everything!
We had a fantastic weekend in Saratoga! We parked the car and didn't drive for the entire weekend. The apartment has the perfect kitchen and living room for our group of four couples to spend time together. Nick was very responsive and gave excellent recommendations.

We had a fabulous time exploring Saratoga for the weekend. Being within very close walking distance to town was wonderful! The home itself was very clean and friendly for a large group. Instructions for turning the house over when we left were clear and easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Saratoga GEM!!
The ultimate in comfort and convenience, we had an absolutely wonderful time at the Penthouse. It was clean and airy, and the kitchen was completely stocked! Every appliance, tool, pot, and pan you could want... AND... beautifully sharp chef's knives! We always travel with a host of kitchen tools, but ended up not needing anything, which is rare. The apartment was located right up the street from town (we hardly used our car) and Nick was so helpful, kind, and available when needed. Looks like we'll make this an annual adventure... thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Lovely, large property with kind owners within walking distance to the heart of downtown Saratoga!
Nick and Lynn were incredibly responsive and considerate throughout the rental process. They are wonderful! It's a perfect house for a big group--we had multiple families with kids, and the setup gave us each some privacy and spacious communal areas where we could spend time together. If you're looking for a property that accommodates a large group and is right near downtown, this is it!
