Cape San Blas è ben noto per le sue spiagge di zucchero bianco, le tranquille acque del golfo e le spiagge per gli animali domestici. Diciassette chilometri di litorale si estendono fino a formare questa barriera penisola incuneata tra il Golfo del Messico e St. Joseph Bay. Al livello principale, c'è una zona giorno aperta con soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina. C'è anche una camera da letto con un bagno completo su questo piano per chi cerca di minimizzare camminare su per le scale. Dal ponte coperto a questo livello si ha una vista del golfo a nord e sud e si può gustare il pasto all'aperto. Al piano superiore, c'è una camera per bambini con 2 letti a castello e una camera da letto principale che ha anche un grande ponte con una splendida vista.

We love coming to the Cape every year! This house has a great location with a short walk to the beach. The Pool was very clean and a big hit with the kids. The house was also clean**, a good size and layout for our family of six. The beds were a little uncomfortable, as rentals usually are, and the TV’s in the bedrooms didn’t have cable (bring your own steaming device, I guess). **The only issue we had was with an inoperable washing machine discovered once we checked in (found it unplugged and full of dirty water). We Immediately called the property manager to inform them and they let us know they were aware and had called the company for a repairman. Since it was Sunday, they understandably had to leave a message. The repairman came Tuesday evening without notice (we almost missed him as we were departing for the beach). He quickly let us know that it needed a new motor and he couldn’t repair it. We didn’t hear back from the property manager, so called a few times to check on status, and always told they would get back to us. They never did and the washing machine was never repaired. The dirty water smelled pretty bad, so we couldn’t use the ground floor TV room. We also had to resort to hand washing clothes in the bathtub... a family of 6 frequently hitting the beach/pool generates a good bit of laundry. The lack of communication from the property manager was very disappointing. Otherwise, we had a wonderful, relaxing Spring Break. Definitely liked the house but may choose a different property manager for our next trip.

The pictures on the online listing are outdated and needs to be updated especially the pictures of the views. The online pics looks like there is a slight view but now that houses have been built the only view of your neighbors houses. The kitchen pots and pans are a mess. We could not find anything that wasn’t completely scratched so we ended up buying a skillet and a pot to cook in. Living room furniture is older and needs a deep cleaning. I don’t think we sat on the couch once while we were there. We used the kitchen chairs instead.. We enjoyed the pool but I don’t think we will stay here again.
