Oasi sulla spiaggia sabbiosa di Lake Ivanhoe! .Questo cottage ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza sul lago perfetta. Cucina con fornelli, frigorifero, microonde. Tre camere da letto in totale. Camera da letto fronte lago ha un letto matrimoniale con una grande vetrata con vista sul lago. La seconda camera ha anche un letto matrimoniale. La terza camera ha letti a castello per i bambini che dormono comodamente. Il concetto di sala da pranzo e soggiorno aperto ha una grande TV a schermo piatto, divano letto e tavolo da pranzo. Piattaforma oversize nella parte anteriore che si affaccia sul lago con un tavolo patio. La spiaggia sabbiosa ha un pozzo del fuoco e un bacino e acque cristalline.
Per le volte in cui non hai voglia di cucinare, c'è il Blue Bay Seafood and Steaks Restaurant and Bar a meno di mezzo miglio di distanza su Province Lake Road. Inoltre Jim's Wheelhouse Pizza nella stessa area. The Knotty Pine Restaurant e Poor People's Pub sono 10 minuti lungo la strada. C'è anche il negozio di generi alimentari e alimentari a meno di mezzo miglio sulla provincia Lake Road, che vende pizza e sottotitoli e ha tutte le esigenze alimentari, insieme a birra e vino e alcuni dei migliori gelati della zona! Gorgeous lake with great views. Property could use some work. Chairs on deck were ripping. Advertosed a Keurig so i purchased a box of kcups and no keurig when we got there. Small old coffee pot that made 2 cups of coffee. No glasses for juice or drinks. Pots were very worn. No propane so i ended up making burgers on the stove the first night. Owner was friendly and easy to reach.

We (two adults & two kids) stayed here for a week in the summer. It was great. About an hour to Lake Winnipesaukee (Wolfsborough or Laconia) for things to do. Not much close, so we did mostly day trips. The house was not clean- it’s a cabin. It was good enough, but not clean. The back deck and the lake were perfect though and that’s really what we went for. There are a few concrete steps down to a sandy beach perfect for the kids. The doc was fun to fish off of. The sunsets were beautiful. Would definitely recommend to a family looking for a quiet getaway.

This house is at an amazing location right on the lake but with two little kids there are a few things I wish I had known before going
1. There were no outlet covers in the bunkbed room which left the outlets and wires exposed. My husband is an electrician and took covers from other rooms and put them in bunkbed room so we could ensure that our kiddos were safe. In the queen bedroom there is a tapestry covering a huge hole in the wall that has exposed pink insulation.
2. The railings on the outside porch are rotting so we had to make sure the kids would stay away from them as some parts were already missing and we didn't want them to lean against them and break. The porch screen door was also duck taped in several spots which wasn't very comforting with kids.
3. There was 6 of us for the week and found that there wasn't enough folks to accommodate all of us. We also ran out of dish soap, hand soap and the laundry detergent bottle was empty.
4. The host did say the property was cleaned before we got there but the floors were filthy and were clearly not touched. We tried to vacuum a few times but the vacuum was missing wheels and was blowing out the sand instead of sucking it up. We found it a little odd that we were required to clean our own sheets when they have a cleaning service supposedly come after leaving.
location amazing but I wouldn't go back with all the safety hazards especially with young kids.
