Situato proprio sull'acqua del lato profondo delle acque di Basin Point
Strada, questo cottage offre spettacolari tramonti sulla Baia di Casco. Su
una giornata limpida si può vedere Mt Washington nel New Hampshire. La casa ha
3 portici e un grande camino in pietra. La casa si trova al
fine di una strada boscosa che assicura la privacy e nessun traffico. Balene e
aquile e spesso foche sono state avvistate dal portico posteriore
insieme alle aragoste che tirano quotidianamente le loro trappole. Lì dentro
sono 2 camere da letto con letti matrimoniali e un divano letto nel soggiorno.
C'è un grande tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 10 facilmente e completamente
cucina arredata. Il bagno ha un piede artiglio vecchio stile
vasca da bagno con attacco doccia.

We had a wonderful week in Harpswell at this house (2 adults plus small dog). We enjoyed the amazing view of the bay, with the lobster boats working each day. Very quiet and private location. The house is older, and rustic, but comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. We ate a lot of very fresh lobster. Thank you, Jeanne!

Amazing property in an unbeatable location. Working with Jean was a dream - she’s wonderful. We love going to Dolphin and Erica’s so the proximity to those didn’t hurt either! And the sunsets? Amazing! Hoping to return next next year.

Property is typical 1960's vacation home on the coast. Excellent view of bay. Quiet, private and interesting. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the local small town feel. Local beaches, golf course, kayaking, whale ship and wonderful people made it greatggreplaceplaceplacebe!

This home is right on Casco bay with large windows looking out. There is a great restaurant and another outdoor lobster shack less than 5 minutes away. One of our key issues was privacy which the owners stressed. Unfortunately, there is a small cabin 10 yards away that is occupied by a couple.
There is virtually no access to the water. There are no screens in several of the windows so that on a not day it can get warm. There is a rotten egg smell to the running water so that a shower is nota pleasant experience.
With a little work this can be a five star experience
