The ‘GRAZIA’ dwelling is an ancient building dating back to the 18th century, it is situated in the historical centre of Pizzo: it has been recently renovated and is made up of one apartment modernly furnished with all comforts.
The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV, wifi and a big panoramic balcony. The bed settee situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. Air conditioning is available in all rooms (hot/cold).
La “Dimora Grazia” è un antico palazzetto risalente al 1800, situato nel centro storico di Pizzo: di recentissima ristrutturazione, dispone tra l'altro di un appartamento con arredi moderni e tutti i comfort.
L’appartamento è un comodo e confortevole TRILOCALE con un'ampia e luminosa zona cucina/living e due accoglienti camere da letto (matrimoniali), 2 bagni, TV, WiFi e un grande terrazzo panoramico. Un divano letto situato nel living amplia la capacità recettiva. Tutti gli ambienti sono dotati di aria condizionata (caldo/freddo).

We loved this place the moment we walked in. For one thing, it has air conditioning! So amazing when it's 95*F outside. The balcony is huge, and there's a great view of the water. Plenty of space inside with three sleeping areas, two bathrooms, and a washer! The neighborhood is fantastic. It's just a walk up to the top of the street and you've got your choice of bakeries, restaurants, shops. The beach is only a short walk away - the water is heavenly. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. We would not hesitate to book here again!

My family couldn’t of been happier. This renovated home is exactly what it looks like on the pictures. It is very clean and cozy. The location was a 10. It was less than a two minute walk to the center where everything is located. Restaurants, ice cream parlor and shops. Once you reach the center it’s a short walk down the stairs to the beach which is beautiful. There are also restaurants shops and ice cream bars there as well. I would certainly rent this again, thank you to Francesco for your hospitality.
