Room finished nicely

I was mislead by pictures - no breakfast preparing facilities - as seen on pictures. Not really junior suite - more like double room with bathroom - just named grand. Host advised we can go somewhere else if we do not like room..... Nor really ski to door - unless you can ski through road and pedestrian area Host insisting on inspecting room every day after we said we do not want cleaners every day. Let go after shown it was in her policy you can actually opt out from cleaning and that room inspections can be carried out only in our presence

great location, walking distance (10-15 min) to Mottolino station, minimalistic design, house kreeping everyday, great Contact with Roberta

next time I will choose a room with kitchen, but our room was also Very comfortable

Perfect location and wonderful hosts of the property. Everyone was so helpful and the facility is very clean, Neely renovated and comfortable. Beautiful room with spectacular view. Bathroom is large and very nice.

Building is nearly new - build in 2018. You will have a parking place (if needed), ski room, lift in the building. It is located in the center of Livigno - shops and restaurants are accessible within walking distance - so are ski lifts - although - due to covid restrictions - I was not able to use these. Apartment was very clean and quiet with a wonderful view on the slopes. Everything needed has been provided - and Roberta and Angelica were always there to help in case of problems. I can certainly recommend Roberta Loft to anybody who wants to spend some quality time in Livigno.

Apartment I had - studio - was more like a hotel room than the apartment. There was mini fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, two coffee cups - which could be bigger - and - no more kitchen appliances. When dining outside - this shall not be a problem - but with corona restrictions and only takeaways available - it was small inconvenience.

This has been the best appartment I’ve been to in Italy. Modern, clean, comfortable, well equipped. The location is also great if you don’t insist on walking to the ski slopes - it’s close to the centre, yet on a quiet place. It has a spacious garage and you get a locker for ski equipment with heating to dry the shoes.

More kitchen knives, cups and some bowls for breakfest cereals would be nice.
