The location

The room is smaller than the photos and suuuuuper hot. We requested a fan and took 2 days to receive the fan. There is only one window that didn’t open… you receive several alerts of extra fees. We requested to check out one hour later and they charged us in 35 euros. The place is super noisy. You won’t have a good sleeping night.

The room facilities were ok, good they had the laundry room with laundry machine and heating machine on the bottom floor - although it could have some manual in english to make it easier for the users.

The first room we´ve got had issues with the temperature (climatizer not cooling), and took a while and some phone calls to make it able to change. After changed, all good, besides the cleaning on the terrace (a lot of dry pigeon dejects I had to clean). Very small TV also...

The apartment was clean, comfortable, a very good size and had everything you needed. The lift is right outside the apartment door so really convenient. it is self check in so really easy and the code is sent shorty before your check in time. The location is great with a 5 min walk to the nearest metro and a 15 min walk to Central station . It was a really quiet area but near to the centre.

Can’t fault the apartment itself. This is the first time I have had a business as a host and because of that I felt there was no personal touch. You have to pay extra for an early check in at 2pm, any earlier it was a full nights stay.They did communicate quickly and my check in code was messaged just before 2pm. once I had booked I was messaged the rules, one being that I was responsible for the final cleaning. I am all for disposing of my own rubbish and leaving things as I have found but I was asked also to dust, hoover and clean the bathroom and kitchen! I didn’t feel like I was booking a leisure break away but completing a business transaction. As it was there was a vacuum cleaner but no other cleaning materials.

Internet was not working in the room when arrived. It is really annoying that they do not have lockers, at least, to leave the luggage for some hours after checkout. The whole check-in and check-out is rather robotic, inflexible and impersonal. I do not like to be asked surveys on my opinion about cleaning, services, and so on, in which they say they have that into account towards employees! - they put the client in an uncomfortable situation.

Instructions from the host were very accurate. Location was superb, everything is just so near by, max 10 min walk distance. Apartment had all the equipment you might need (iron, hair dryer etc).

Even though bed was comfy, the sofa bed was not, I think something was off with the construction. Other night we put the mattress on the floor and then it was much better. :)

Very good location! Value for money! a bit small but very fine for sleeping only a few nights. No brekfast but walking distance to many cafes and TAK that has good breakfast buffe!

We did not get the codes for the doors. And this hotels they over communicate allot so as I booked 3 rooms for me and my colleges I think I get 15 emails before arriving (5x3) but non of them relvent as it was not the code to get in and there is no port to stand in so it was freezing to wait for coustomer service to give us the codes and I had to call 3 times to get all 3 of them. So the concept are very good and well designed but please work on all the communication part from booking until after.

The location was nice, the photo on the site was accurate, easy to get to public transport. Instructions from the host about access to the room were great, and so was the wi-fi connection. Hearing worked fine. Ability to cook something by myself.

The room looked clean at first sight but workers forgot to flush the toilet after putting some dirt and hair thereafter cleaning. And I found out that there are some bugs in the room that crawled on the floor and it was disgusting. Especially since it happened after I returned to the room in the evening and turn on the lights.

Looked nothing like the photos and much smaller than expected.

Let's start with the positives. The apartments are located in the city centre, very close to the subway. The Kitchen is quite well equipped.

Unfortunately, there were a number of issues. During our stay, we had two separate apartments. In one of the apartments, the room temperature was very cold. Despite my messages and explaining that the temperature is uncomfortable, I kept being told that anything above 18 degrees is legal in Sweden (the temperature was constantly 17 & 18.5 degrees). It took me over a week to finally convince them to come and change the temperature. My complaint was never related to what's legal or illegal in Sweden. If you rented a place, you would expect to be comfortable and if someone isn't, you fix it. Temperature isn't perceived by everyone the same, especially if you're from a warm country. I had to involve booking.com to actually get this sorted. So out of 12 days, this was fixed during my last 3 days. Moreover, when I checked-in, I noticed that the shower was clogging every time (literally turning the bathroom into a pool). After checking the drain, I noticed that it was full (and I mean full) of hair. At least this was fixed after 3 days. Moreover, under the rug in the other apartment, we also found clothes tags, so we questioned the cleanliness overall. You would expect way better customer service for the price we paid. Needless is to say that I will never stay there again and instead, for that price, I can rent a room in a 4/5 star property in the area.

The apartment is very well located, a few steps from the "Hötorget" metro station but also in a quiet side street. The entrance code was sent to me via SMS even earlier than originally promised. The room was small but very well arranged and clean, with most of what one needs for a little longer stay. The bathroom was particularly big for Scandinavian standards. The bed was small but comfortable and there were several cushions apart from the actual pillow. My room didn't look to the street but to another building, which made for quiet nights.

The oven and the electric cooker are quite modern and, unfortunately, not self-explanatory. Instructions for the oven weren't placed permanently in the room and I found then only by chance after two days, realizing that the oven had been on the whole time! There weren't enough cleaning utensils available in the laundry room (no brooms, no cloths, no cleansers for the floor). There weren't oven gloves in the kitchen either. The heating could not be adjusted, even if I would have wanted to turn it off in order to save energy, this wasn't possible. The heating in the bathroom didn't wok at all. The head of the bed was located directly by the breaker box, which would also zoom at night. A box or something to place the shoes on when arriving would have also been good to have, considering that it snowed during the last days. In addition, my code stopped working after three days, so I had to call customer service at night. I’m glad this worked out quickly though, but they should check their systems in order to avoid such things from happening.

The house was perfectly cleaned and equipped with everything necessary for a sort or long stay! Really nice house, really confortable and with everything needed including washing machine. A small wlk away from the city center. The communication with was easy. Perfect place. Will come back for sure if I am coming back to Stokolm.

good for 2 adults, quite small for a third person, even a kid of 2y

Location is great and the automatic check-in process is really convenient. Apartment is relatively clean and has a modern decoration. The neighborhood is very quiet.

There are a few refreshments needed including the shower curtain, doormat and the cleaning around the cooker fan. I also found it uncomfortable to have the bed head against the humming of an electric board.

Perfect location and facilities. Very, very nice.
