Due camere da letto situato nel lussuoso quartiere residenziale di "Bellresguard" a Puerto Pollensa. Questo appartamento al primo piano ha accesso ad una grande piscina con graziosi giardini comunali all'interno di uno sviluppo gated.
Posti letto 4 persone. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno en-suite, la 2 ^ camera ha due letti singoli (che possono essere fatte in un letto) più un bagno con doccia e servizi igienici. Un lettino da viaggio può essere fornita, se necessario.
Il salone e sala da pranzo ha viste fuori sulle montagne e sul lato opposto della piscina comunale. C'è anche una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie e un ripostiglio con lavatrice.
La passeggiata di pino e ristoranti sono a pochi passi di distanza e c'è un supermercato ben fornito 100m / bar / pasticceria da appartamento.

Excellent comfortable apartment in a superb location
Thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in this apartment. Well equipped with modern facilities we had everything we needed (wifi would be the only addition) and breakfast on the balcony in the mornings was a great way to start the day. Very convenient location meant we could easily walk to the beach and into Porto Pollensa for restaurants and nightlife. Communal pool was an easy alternative to the beach and the handy local store and cafe solved all shopping and eating needs. Local community had a fun and relaxed vibe. Thoroughly recommend - we would love to come back!

Lovely apartment in a great location!
Lovely apartment in a great location, we had a fantastic holiday and are already talking about going back next year. Catherine has thought of lots of things to make life easier - beach towels, a hairdryer that's actually powerful enough to dry hair, dishwasher and washing machine capsules and a well equipped kitchen. The balcony is a good size and overlooks the mountains, which meant that it was more peaceful than those facing the pool during the daytime, and at night time we had lovely views of the sun setting. The pool was perfect for my 4 and 6 year old children, it did get very busy at times, but this is to be expected at the height of the school holidays. The apartment is a two minute walk to the beach, and a lovely stroll along the pine walk takes you to the restaurants and church square. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i den skønne feriebolig, med kort afstand til stranden og restauranter.
Det skønne poolområde var meget velholdt og hyggeligt .

Wonderful holiday at El Pinaret
Excellent and well presented apartment with good facilities, a comfortable stay. Good location for the town and super views from the balcony. A previous reviewer remarked on the number of sunbeds round the communal pool, and that could be an issue at the height of the season, but late afternoon sunbathing was good for us. Local cafe/restaurant (2mins) was good and it's only a 5-10 minute walk into the town centre along the sea front..
Lack of wi/fi is a bit surprising these days - but Sky box allowed us UK programmes and radio which was a plus.
Will definitely consider a return to this apartment.
