Location was perfect a very accessible to Chania. The villa was very clean and homely. My family of 5 had plenty of room. The key box made it easy for us to go out in separate groups and return to the villa at our leisure.
No parking, but it wasn’t an issue for us. There is a travel kiosk a minute walk from the villa, where you can rent a car for a day. Pick up and drop off is very easy.

The location is brilliant - right in the heart of old town where you walk out your door into the alleys. Such a good spot. It’s a very short walk to the port and there are restaurants and shops everywhere. The house itself is great and is fully air conditioned with 2 full bathrooms and toilets. Not really a criticism but something to be aware of. If you are hiring a car, there is no parking with this house given it is in old town itself. We found a municipal parking which was about 7 mins walk and parked our rental van there. It just makes dropping the luggage a bit trickier but not a big deal. Also the house is quite tight as you might expect in Europe but it is worth it as the location is excellent.

The location was in the middle of the town. We walked everywhere (even to the laundry mat). The hosts were wonderful and the apt itself was so cute!
Figuring out the solar hot water was tricky but we’ve had this issue in every area we stayed (Corfu, Athens and now Santorini). So nothing bad to say about the property itself.

The location was perfect - quiet street in the historic centre, there was very nice rooftop terrace, the beds were comfortable & the furnishing was very nice. The instructions before arrival were quite good. We needed to communicate few times with ladies from the managing company and they were quite polite and helpful both on the phone and via messages.
Besides this the house is not very comfortable for 6-7 people since the rooms are quite small as is the common area inside the house. The managing company sent us the same automatic (maybe) messages multiple times with questions about our checkout time & personal details, although I had provided these days before our arrival. This became a bit annoying after the second message. Also before we arrived I got weird telephone call from a guy who shouted that there should not be party in the house (repeating it multiple times as well), who supposedly was the owner of the house (nothing else could be understood from what he said).
